Person who took our order was really nice but the person who rang us up for our order dint know what she was doing. We ordered a snowcone with extra pickles and she was trying to ring us up for a picollada, which are almost similar but not the same. Then when my girlfriend tried to correct her she only rang us up for the snowcone and the candy. And when we asked for the rest of our order (corn in a cup and the chips), she started talking in Spanish telling her coworker that we told her that all we had ordered was the snowcone and the candy. I’ve been coming to this place for a while now spending $50 and more each time. This one time the person who took my order was extremely rude. Not only did she lack communication skills or lack in food preparation but also customer service skills. Y’all need to do a better job training the employees because this could cost you money in the long run. Most of the time when I go there’s only two people working and they always do a good job but this particular time it was a face I’ve never seen before.
