Title: Disappointing Experience at Flower Box on Gulf Freeway
Review: My recent visit to Flower Box on Gulf Freeway was nothing short of a frustrating and disheartening experience. From the moment I stepped into the store, it became apparent that the staff members were rude, uncaring, and completely aloof to the needs of their customers.
Upon entering, I approached one of the staff members and politely inquired about a specific plant I was hoping to find. Instead of offering any assistance or even a hint of enthusiasm, the response I received was incredibly dismissive and condescending. The staff member bluntly stated, "Only what you see is what we have." This reply left me bewildered and frustrated as it provided no helpful information regarding their inventory.
The overall attitude displayed by the staff was completely off-putting. It seemed as though they were more interested in their own conversations and personal affairs than assisting customers. The lack of attentiveness and willingness to help was highly disappointing, especially considering the fact that I was genuinely interested in making a purchase.
As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy when visiting any retail establishment. Unfortunately, Flower Box on Gulf Freeway failed miserably in these aspects. The staff's rudeness and aloofness created an unwelcoming atmosphere that made me regret stepping foot in the store.
Customer service is a vital aspect of any successful business, and it is clear that Flower Box on Gulf Freeway has a long way to go in this regard. I left the store feeling frustrated, ignored, and completely unappreciated as a customer. It is disheartening to see such a lack of care and consideration for patrons who are genuinely interested in supporting their business.
Based on my experience, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend Flower Box on Gulf Freeway to anyone seeking a positive shopping experience. I was ready to spend a couple hundred of dollars in the store before i walk in but sadly I walked out with less than I intended because i was simply not happy with how i was treated here, maybe she had a bad day, maybe it was a long tiring day, but you shouldn’t treat your customers with bad attitudes, I addressed her in good manner, but she just plain rude to me for no reason, to the point that i just want to pay and get the heck out because she made me so upset. had an idea in mind on what i would like. I simply requested the florists to rearrange the 2 flowers in the vase of 10, she shooks her head while doing so but she was so mad that she yanked the flower out and broke it, then go on to tell me i should call in ahead to place the arrangement. Mind you i could have done it myself but I thought it was a simple request and while in the store i just asked. She originally told me that it would takes 30-40mins to do what I requested then got all upset when i said it was fine. She then took a pre-made decorated vase and added in the flowers I requested which is fine because it only took her less than 10 mins to do so.... she made it seems like i was ordering her and everything was such a drag and big deal, to the point where i felt uncomfortable to be in the store. Since I already requested i would still paid for it but i was not happy. She could’ve made my experience here for the first time much much better without the attitudes, the under the breath comments, and stares. I would not go here again solely on the first time visit customer service. Sad to say but i did really like the flowers they offer, it was not cheap either i got 10 roses for $55, 2 of those were...
Read moreI usually do not leave reviews, but my experience today was very upsetting. Wife ordered flowers for Mother’s Day celebration. When she arrived, they gave her a funeral spread. Although she stated that the order was not correct, they refuse to change it. I drove back up there with my wife and informed them that this is not acceptable. I ask them to place the flowers in a vase. They did so and charged us 30 dollars more for the vase. And didn’t give back our funeral spread holder! Given we were short on time, I had to take what I could get… subpar flowers and an extra $30 for a vase. Not going...
