Wendy's — Restaurant in Houston

Wendy’s has gotten expensive. $3.99 plus tax for a double bacon cheeseburger. Sounds big? Nope. It’s smaller in width than a McDonald’s cheeseburger. It looks like it was meant for a toddler.

I could understand if the burgers and food was made fresh, but when I opened my burger, it was barely luke-warm when I got home (literally 1 minute away)

This review is for both this location and Wendy’s corporate. The price y’all charge has already inflated, and supposedly Wendy’s uses “quality” ingredients, but it doesn’t matter how good the ingredients are when they are delivered to the customer like it’s been sitting out all day or just microwaved for 15 seconds.

Every time I’ve gotten Wendy’s the last few years, it’s been premium price for poor service/quality of my food. I can only recall 1 time I had a good experience with a meal from Wendy’s in the last 4-5 years.

I’ll pay $30+ for 2 meals at Whataburger because they’ve really become consistent on freshly preparing meals + the portions are more than fair. (This is with all the locations I’ve been to all over TX)

I decided I will not order any food from Wendy’s anymore… I’ve spent money and never got what I expected for the prices they charge from multiple locations throughout...

I ordered bacon maple syrup sandwich,I waited 15 minutes,I did not get the food,then they asked me pull up to one side, I still did,mind you! it was a drive through ,then I decided to go inside the store, and behold my food was not made,I voiced out my displeasure and the tall black lady said I have not waited that long...please what time is expected to spend at a fastfood??at this time I had waited 27minutes plus or minus,then the tall black lady now said she just brought the out the chicken(maybe from poultry)hmmm,what really is heartbreaking is her comment "she will be fine" of course yes I will be fine,

your store is just by chickfila and Jack in the box,I had option yet I chose yours,if there is no customer my lady there is no way in hell you will get paid,as for me,I will rather go to another branch of Wendy's than the diary Ashford perthshire one,that is if at all I will be going to Wendy's anytime soon,unruly,unprofessional,deceitful...

I gave them a 2 because the drink that I bought a strawberry lemonade tasted bad and the other reason why is because they no longer have anything on their menu I will eat, I don't know what they did to the REGULAR PLAIN chicken sandwich but it is not very good actually nothing on their menu is, but they have a really good strawberry lemonade at times and I do mean at times. The drive-thru is pretty fast and this place does the guy at the drive thru is pretty nice and tries to make sure you are happy, but until they bring back the old chicken sandwich that I guess is not already seasoned with something I will not be back.
