Please read if ordering wedding cakes this was my experience. The reason for this review pertains to a Long Wedding Plan to find a cake for our venue. My now wife and I both went to this bakery loving the cakes and treats that we saw at our companies cookout and we wanted to give the place a try. Sue the person who took our order was pleasant and really nice when placing the order. We settled on a cake design for them to make to be picked up the day before the wedding. We asked for delivery options but they would not provide transportation since the venue was far(Conroe texas). My groomsman picked up the cake with a box bigger then the size of the cake and they placed the cake themselves in the vehicle with no instructions of what temperatures to keep the cake in and not having it in a secure box. Sue then tells me that butter cream is not supposed to melt and for those who are on google please see if that is true or not. As the cake was being transported it then begins to melt and the base falls over because the box that the cake was in was way too much space to move around and the rod in the middle to hold the cake was not put in properly (see pictures). We then begin to call them to see if we could make another cake in regards to the poor placement but instead of trying to understand where we are coming from she then begins to blame us for the reason why and told me over the phone that they deliver to San Antonio and Dallas with no problem. They first told me that they could not deliver that far because it was too far from Houston but it seems that they choose to deliver out of town whenever they feel like it. As a frustrated groom on my wedding day is upset of the fact that they only cared if the cake is going to be paid for with no delivery options available. The food and cake was delicious I respect the craft they have but when it comes to customer fairness it was not shown at all, for apperently on the day of our wedding they had many deliveries to get to but would not even make time for us when we ordered the cakes months prior. If you have found time to read this just know this is an honest review of my experience with them and have no ill intent for them. Our wedding was saved by our wedding planner. This review is in response to my husband's review on our wedding cake.

When we first came to this bakery the owner seemed nice and little did we know she would be such a rude person that tried to add stress to our wedding day. You were one reason for stress on our wedding day and I hope no couple EVER has to go through what we went through with you because of YOU.

As a bride in my experience you were rude, unhelpful, and greedy as someone on here has already mentioned. Why should we pay again for a cake that was not supported in an adequate box in the first place. See pictures below for the "box" that the bakery sent the cake in! THE WEDDING CAKE! How is there any support in this plastic box?

You must be really new at this if you are 1. Not helpful to a BRIDE and GROOM for their wedding cake and 2. If you deliver to your family only? What kind of business is that? Not a very good one in my opinion. Being the bride and having to hear that 1, my cake is destroyed and 2, that the baker is being difficult to make us a new one, that is something I do not wish upon anyone.

You replied to my husband YELLED at you? Ma'am he did not yell at you. Please take your false accusations elsewhere!!! In fact, he went and told our wedding planner and she had to beg you to even make us a new one-which you still wanted money for? Huh? No that is not right, because in my opinion you are just that rude to understand the severity of it being OUR WEDDING CAKE. In my opinion, if you are not willing to help your customers and only your family for deliveries then you should not be in business.

Do not blame our groomsmen for your lack of packaging for our wedding cake. You said "we agreed out of sympathy over the situation," no you did not, YOU DID NOT HAVE SYMPATHY. You only said you would when our planner asked you numerous times to help us out. And STILL didn't make us a new cake unless we paid you again? So stop the lying. We understand that once we leave the bakery you are not responsible but you ARE responsible for how you package your cakes and that IN FACT WAS SUBPAR!!!

Everyone reading this if you are looking for a bakery that is rude, unhelpful, and REGRETTABLE this is the one. Do not waste your time here. This bakery is not worth the stress and attitude they give to...

Giving 2 stars because they did help reschedule my pick up date since we changed the party date but when the day came to pick up, the cake was not ready on time. I scheduled the pick up time for 1pm and we were about 20 minutes late to pick it up so we expected for it to be ready to go by then. I go in for my cake and they can’t find my order confirmation so that took up about 5-10 minutes to find and then they told me it was not ready. They said it would be ready in an hour & I told them I can’t wait an hour the party was scheduled at 2:30 and I still needed to go set up so they said okay give us 30 minutes & again I said I can’t wait so they said okay 15 mins and it’ll be ready which didn’t make sense since they wanted a whole hour to finish it but anyways I told them my sister was 15 minutes away and would pick it up cause I was in a rush. My sister gets there and they tell her 15 more mins which at this point I was already frustrated & I told her just wait but make sure it doesn’t look rushed. She got the cake and said it was good but when she got to the party it was not centered & super small. I think I had said for 30 people & it didn’t look like it would be enough, luckily we had cupcakes. The cake itself was good and it was a cute cake but it was not centered on the board itself & the words were also not centered. It looked like they forgot to add the “s” and just placed it on at the end since it doesn’t even match the size of the other letters.
