Do not use, or trust these clowns.. the following is what I relayed in the dispute with PayPal. Liars, and fakes. The only thing they did well is plagiarize an aesthetic.

To clarify one point in the previous addendum; I am not able to rectify ALL the issues they caused, meaning, I cannot fix the fact they ruined my engine. Just to make mention of the issue that arose today and elaborate; the partial refund that was issued prior to the dispute being opened, cleared, and was erroneously applied to the amount being disputed. The $918 under dispute is the remaining of the total after the 360 refund. I have gone through every line item and documented walking through the entirety of what I was billed for and MYSELF REPAIRING THE ISSUES THEY CAUSED AS WELL AS THE ONES THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE RESOLVED.

I would once again like to request perhaps a more suitable means to provide you with additional evidence in the form of larger file sizes. This was supposed to be the first task completed, and bc it was not done correctly, it allowed for the kickstart lever to return to incorrect placement, and resulted in returning too far towards the clutch case cover, and allowed for the pinch bolt to gouge out the hole. Blunt damage to my to my clutch case due to incorrect improper installation of component, and proof of excessive metal in my oil resulting in irreparable damage to my engine. They destroyed my engine. Also pics of how they completely failed to reinstall my exhaust pipe AFTER they did the 'work' with out consent and approval.

I will be following up with screenshots of the emails where they admit to having done more work with out approval.

My motorcycle was running, and started on first kick when I brought it in, of which I have proof.. and the damage WAS NOT PRESENT. If it had been it would have been mentioned immediately as the kickstart was the first issue to 'resolve' when I brought it in (new spring). But it was improperly done and one of the images shows irrefutably that it was a hole caused by blunt force resulting from a forcible kick to the kick start lever that could only occurred if improperly installed. I have video demonstrating as I remove it myself and properly install it as of yesterday.

I would not recommend this location until they get it together. It was me standing for 20 minutes and having talked to both the gentlemen who I believe is part manager or owner and barista, and clearly Being the second person in line yet the manager taking the order of the guy standing behind me first after I stood there for 20 minutes. The old wolf Smith used to make their own coffees and bottle them, and I really enjoyed that they tasted really good, but this one uses regular syrups and it doesn’t seem like they really know much about coffee. The gentleman that was barista was very kind, but it was like he had just woken up or had no idea what day it was. He was very bewildered. After repeating my drink twice, and then finding out I didn’t have the ability to order food, I decided to leave. The gentleman who skipped the line that no one acknowledged that they did ordered a blueberry muffin, and they handed it to him on a pastry sheet And no plate.

Instead of letting someone get me, it would’ve been the decent thing to just say I’m happy to fulfill that for you after I help this lady out. It was really, not a great tone seeing the person who is supposed to be in charge doing this.

Really disappointed. I won’t be back in unfortunately I’ve already recommended this place to so many people.

The fact that they didn’t serve food would have been my fault if it was posted anywhere on their Instagram or webpage what days they are serving food,...
