The indoor play center is a cute idea for older babies to 18 months, maybe 24 months depending on your child and their size.
The decorative structures on the side are cute but not anchored to the wall. They have a flimsy decorative picket fence in front that I guess they use to keep the babies away but it really does nothing especially for the older ones that like to explore. The fence is also used around parts of the actual play area so it is difficult to determine the actual purpose behind the fence.
There is a coffee bar and snack area. Great idea but it needs to be closed off or in a more secure space so that toddlers do not have direct access.
I'm not 100% on this but when I explored the website before bringing my child I did not see a place to sign a waiver. I had to sign the waiver upon walking in as my toddler ran into the play area. I did not get a chance to thoroughly read the waiver because of this. If it was online I would have had an opportunity to read through before signing.
Suggestions: gate off the entrance so toddlers can not run in before parents pay, anchor the decorative structures to the wall or get rid of them bc they're aren't any use to the toddlers, put the coffee bar and snacks higher in a more secure area away from toddler reach, waiver and ability to pay online (again I looked but it may have been missed if so on the main page of website), bigger structures along with the soft play area for parents that have younger and older kids.
Otherwise, it's very clean and great for babies and pre toddlers! If I didn't have an older toddler I would take my baby again when she starts crawling...
Read moreToddler Towns is my favorite indoor play space for toddlers! 🤩 The equipment/play structures are perfect for little ones because it’s completely soft, and they’re still adding more fun/interactive things for them to enjoy. Plus, I also appreciate that they’re strictly designed for toddlers (so you don’t have to worry about bigger kids running around your little one). There’s plenty of seating around the area so you can relax knowing your baby is safe and within eye level at all times. *Hint for adults- they sell not only snacks/drinks for toddlers, but adult beverages as well 🥂 (perfect spot for a play date meetup)! The facility smells amazing when you walk in and has always been clean as the staff cleans throughout the day with safe products that the owners actually manufactured (which is a relief in case a little one puts something in their mouth + they provide a bin upfront so they can disinfect the toys in the event that happens). The staff members are super friendly and always a pleasure to talk to! You can tell they take great pride in their business and that they truly care as they listen to any feedback provided. With all that said, we’ll definitely keep visiting and can’t wait to see their future...
Read moreThis is now my favorite soft play gym! It is inclusive for toddlers of all abilities which is so amazing. When I visited they had a few hours reserved for children with disabilities and their families, something they said they plan to do monthly. They had the lights low, played calming music and videos, had a table with sensory toys, a Boundex sensory box, and sound booths with noise blocking headphones for a quiet break. One of my children has a physical disability and can’t walk, but I wasn’t worried about her feeling left out and she had plenty to play with. My other child gets overstimulated easily, but I feel like Toddler Towns found the perfect balance between a fun and calming atmosphere. They both had a lot of fun and no one was overstimulated (even me, and I can’t say that’s never happened at a kids venue before). The play area is the perfect size, it was easy to see both of my kids at once. Also, the employees are so kind. It was definitely worth the drive and we will be back, thank you for being inclusive...
