I definitely will never eat at Yume again! Two years ago, I purchased ramen and ate the restaurant ordering through the QR code. This time I decided to do a take out order which was a much simpler process. But oh, the customer service! After ordering the ramen I stood and waited at the sign where it says Pick Up Order Here. From this viewpoint you can see how things work behind the scene. There is a lot of standing around going on there. I saw this one young man wanting to put together what looked like my ramen order. He starts looking around for the to-go bowls and couldn’t find them. He went looking for some and came back about 10 minutes later. He put the ramen order together and set it down on the counter. Time goes by and everyone else is still just standing around. I finally walked up to this big guy who likes to yell at the other employees and I asked him why is a take out order for one ramen taking so long. He says we make the orders as they come in and call out the persons name. So I go back to where the sign says Pick Up Order Here and continue to wait. The big guy then goes over to the counter where the ramen is, puts a lid on it and starts calling out Robin! Robin! Robin! I walk back over to him and ask, “Do you mean Ruben?” He needs to learn how to pronounce vowels. He hands me the ramen (no bag, no utensils, no chopsticks, no nothing). I set it down on the counter so that I could grab my things and head to my gate and he proceeds to promptly tell me “You ordered that for take out so you needs to go.” I just smirk, finish gathering my things, walk back over to the Pick Up Order Here sign, grab some utensils, chopsticks and napkins and was on my way. The ramen was cold by that point and the broth had no taste whatsoever. I feel a refresher course in customer service would be a good idea but I am sure I will receive the same automatic message saying “we will be sending this over to our internal teams so that we can rectify this experience internally” and nothing will change. And why have a Pick Up Order Here sign if no orders are ever...

It was a confusing and really bad experience. I sat at the bar. No staff member ever came to greet and said anything. So I thought it must be a self-service kind of place because there are QR codes on the bar table. So I ordered my food and sat there. No water was provided. Ah, fine.I guess I would need to pay for it like in Europe. So I sat there. I noticed the bowls, dishes, glasses two seats down were never taken away. Oh I thought maybe the bus boy was busy.

Then I waited and waited and I thought maybe the kitchen staffers were busy. Well, no. I caught them several times standing there talking to each other doing nothing. So I checked with one of the chefs. I was told to talk to a server. Surprise surprise there are actually servers. A server came over. He was actually chit-chatting with another chef before that.

At this point, the used dishes down the bar were still there, not colleceted.

The pork tonkatsu ramen finally came 20 minutes I ordered ut. The egg, bamboo shoot were freezer cold. Worse food ever I had at any eatery.

To I tipped when I ordered. How can I get my tip back?

I just read the owner's response posted two months ago and promised there would be improvement. Well, definitely nothing improved. Why should they care? It is an airport location and it is not like most customers would come back. I would definitely not go back to this airport...

The worst and most recast restaurant ever. First I ordered an egg burger, and it cost like around 11.50. And within like 3 min I wanted have some French fries. So I ordered it, it was like around 6$. After order, I checked my Chase Mobile APP, and guess what, the restaurant charged me 11.50+19.7$ Which is not a right charge. I asked them about the charge, a white guy with beard tried to lie to me and he can not even explain why, he just say: it’s hard to explain...bla bla bla. Next minute, an old guy answered me: we charge 18%~20% of tips. I mean What the F? These two guy obviously want to cover something up, and they saw me as an Asian, might not know about English, to they tried to ambiguous the main point, and kept telling lies. I feel very disappointed and disrespectful from these two guys. Furthermore, a lady sit nearby me, she just tell the waiter about the tomato Juice tasted a little spicy. The waiter seems very rude to her. I even saw some of the waiter eye rolled about that lady. This made me angry too, if you can’t take any advice or opinions from the customers, then go home. You are not qualified enough to do this kind of job. And the waiter kept chatting loudly and even screaming right next to me. Pls don’t go to this restaurant,...

When you order your food via the QR code at the table, you give the tip. So you can’t adjust it according to service unless you have cash. When my food was brought out the waiter had to ask who ordered the brisket sandwich. Even though I ordered the food by scanning the QR code at the table that gives them my location. Not a deal breaker but odd. Also they have upside down glasses at each seat. Before anyone sits down. Which means any of the thousands of people walking by could touch the glass. Doesn’t seem sanitary. Luckily my $6 drink (not alcoholic) was brought out in it’s own glass. The sandwich itself was a bit shy on the meat for $20. And the fry portion was a bit small. I had eaten a couple fries by the time I took the pic. To get 5 stars 1. No glasses pre staged at tables 2. More meat on sandwich 3. More generation portion of fries 4. Ability to tip after getting food

Disappointed to see an elderly man neglected while tryin to make an order in the computer screen. There was no one there to help him and he was having trouble seeing the screen. This method of order taking without human interaction is just a commitment to lack of compassion. The food was ok ridiculously over priced …$26 for 2 cups of fried rice and a couple ounces of brisket. The chef was working hard and that says a lot but the portions for the price are completely price gouging. There are no hot food options at this gate 10 at the time of night so yes taking advantage… is what it is. Disappointing and frustrating for tired travelers.
