Dufry Tax & Duty Free — Local services in Houston

AVOID STRESS & BULL*&%$ AND DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Horrible experience & worse customer service out of all the duty-free shops I've encountered internationally. Was forced to buy here as the other duty-free store was closed that day. Store clerk Bassam J entered all of my information wrong, except for my first and last name, like sabotage for purchasing a box of cigarettes, or he needs a new pair of glasses. Flight number was WRONG; not even close to my actual flight number. Therefore, gate, destination & time of departure were also ALL WRONG. I waited for it at my gate and finally had to board my plane (last out of everyone) to avoid missing my flight and ended up not receiving my duty-free...

Pablo denied my purchase of duty free citing that my international flight is not close (his shop is terminal E, near gate E2) and my departure gate is C4. He stated that he does not have enough staff to deliver even though my flight was boarding over 1 hour later and while I was in the duty free store, about 6 workers were doing noting but waiting for customers (store was empty except for me as tg eonly customer). I am tired of managers and owners hiding behind excuses and degradating service. I do not recommend this store based on its management...

I arrived in 15 minutes, I took my order, when I was going to pay it, which only remained to pay me, because it turns out that the saleswomen had to close because they had to leave ,they could not make the effort to sell me the merchandise or they do not want to sell because it does not benefit them in something, and that must be pending the owner ,and this happened just April 28, 2023 at 9:30 AM ,PLEASE I DEMAND THAT THEY MAKE MEASURES IF THE BUSINESS IS NOT CLOSED.
