I stopped in for a burger. My flight was boarding in thirty minutes and I asked if I had time. I was told yes, I should order it to go. So I said okay.
FIVE minutes later, my order was taken in the almost empty restaurant. I ordered a Classic Burger and a Coke. I was sitting at the bar right by the grill and the staff just kept talking. I went into my phone to check statuses because I had a five-minute walk back to Gate D14.
Ten minutes after the order was taken, they finally stopped socializing (laughing and talking loudly) and threw down eight patties on the grill and four sets of buns on the griddle next to it. I still have not received my requested soda at this point and my 'server' is over in the corner sitting with small group of people, probably taking their order.
Five minutes later, the cook dropped the fries and from my days back when I worked in a deli, I knew I wasn't getting ANY food because it takes over five minutes for the fries alone to cook. I now have five minutes until boarding starts and it's a five minute walk. I asked the waitress to cancel my order and not charge me.
She said she was about to get my food (which I knew was not cooked and wouldn't be ready for at least another five minutes as the cook was just now flipping the patties.) I told the server to cancel my order because I had to leave and I left.
I noticed the charge is STILL in place for the lack of service, no product of ANY kind and the quick-trot I had to assume to get to the gate for my plane's boarding.
The bottom line is this. There is NO excuse for people to stand around chatting and ignoring people who have paid over $30.00 for a burger and a Coke. I have filed a Charge Dispute with my credit card company for the excessive charge for no service, food or beverage.

Since I received NO FOOD and NO DRINK, I have disputed the charge. This company has the AUDACITY to demand payment for NOTHING, regardless. I will cancel my credit card before I pay for nothing at terrible prices and terrible service.
This company will HOSE YOU! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! KEEP WALKING!!! I promise, if you find yourself at waiting for half an hour for your food and it is not even close to being prepared, you will be sorry because YOU WILL be charged...

My son was passed hunger, and while we were trying to order, they had a menu set up where you had to scan the QR code and order from there and pay. I used my Venmo debit card and received an email receipt saying that it was charged for the amount I ordered for our food. After about 10 to 15 minutes I’ve verified with one of the waitresses to see if the order went through. She said it did not. Another waiter heard our conversation and checked to see if my order has gone through. He confirmed that it did not. My sister had to pay for our meal since my car said not seem to be working. The day after when I got home, I contacted Venmo and they confirmed that the payment went through to the business but I however, did not get the mail for my son or for mySelf. Even after we finally ordered our food it took it another 20 mins to receive our order. Not happy at all with this experience and tried to find a manager to hear me out but no information is provided. The waitstaff here seems to care more about socializing and chitchatting with each other than actually serving their customers. My husband and I came in and ordered breakfast this morning at 9am. Our juices and my pancakes came out quickly but then nothing else. We waited for our waiter to bring out the rest of our food or at least to come give us an update (he never did). At 9:30, there was still no sign of my husband's omelette or my side of breakfast potatoes (which, by the way, were unseasoned and not worth the $7+ charge!). My husband got up ask, and after our waiter inquired with the chef, and he reported back to us that it had been made but was left sitting there (probably because the staff never checked in it...) so they were going to remake it.
