While waiting for my flight I asked the lady in IAH terminal D if I can get my bracelet cleaned. She said it will take time as there’s a customer in front of me. I told her I’m willing to wait. After 2mins she left her customer went in the back of the store and said there’s no machine. Seriously?! after she said I need to wait and now no machine? I felt I was treated poorly and being lied to. Poor...

They never answer the phone. Can not very if they are open so if you have a last minute pandora present u must buy, do not get your Hopes up high and wait to purchase at Houston Bush intercontinental airport. Even though the site states they are open...

Buen día, el día de ayer mientras esperaba mi vuelo en el aeropuerto de Houston hice una compra pagando con tarjeta de crédito y mi banco registró y cargó el importe; sin embargo, el sistema de la tienda denegó la autorización de la tarjeta. La compra se cargó a mi tarjeta de crédito y no me quisieron hacer entrega de mi compra que ascendió a los 140 dlls. Por tiempo que ya no tenía, solo me proporcionaron un teléfono y nombre de una persona para iniciar una aclaración. Espero favorable respuesta a este incidente....
