Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Howard

(portobello mushroom) was awesome the first few times we got it (when they first opened this store), now they got lazy and don't cook it long enough, the last two times we got it the peppers and onions were still crunchy and that totally changed the way the sub tastes and not in a good way, I really like jersey Mike's but would go somewhere else for this type of sub now, they should have a timer for cooking this to make it more consistent, other than that I never had a problem with any other sub from here, just feel like I wasted money the last couple times on this portobello...

My husband and I just tried Jersey Mikes for the first time ever!!! And we would say this is our new favorite sub shop!!! The bread was super good and so was the subs!!! We both got fountain drinks and the husband noticed they tasted flat and told one of the workers who was super nice about it and found out that they ran out of co2 for the carbonation but he didn’t know how to change it but his boss was coming in to show him how to change it. After it was changed the soda was obviously much bettter ha ha but definitely will be back!!!! Great service and great...

My recent posted review on Jersey Mike's was in error. They quickly replied to my review and tried to rectify what happened. During this time they pointed out I had ordered my sub using Gluten free bread. Which explains why I personally thought sub was bad. I appreciate how quickly they responded and shows they obviously have great customer service along with great subs. Long as I don't screw up and...
