Dunkin' — Restaurant in Howell Township

March 29, 2023 Visit - ordered Stuffed Biscuit Bites which are in a portable sleeve & feature warm Biscuit dough wrapped around savory bacon, scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese. You get two bites for $3.19 which seems a bit pricey. They're definitely bite sized, no bigger. I wouldn't have minded paying the price had they tasted good. Out of 5 stars, I give them 1 star because the inside seemed doughy and I couldn't taste the bacon or cheddar cheese flavors. Perhaps the worker did not cook them long enough but I'm not sure if they had been properly cooked, if I would have been able to taste the bacon or cheddar cheese. Huge disappointment. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I received poor quality food/drink from this location. It seems within the past 2 years the standards have dropped, possibly because of the new staff? A few of the staff members, which have been there for awhile, are competent. Otherwise, the rest of the staff is newer and don't seem to take pride in their work. I've been going to this location for 17 years and the quality has definitely dropped. I'm adjusting the stars for this reason.

UPDATE, DEC 2022: Unfortunately, Baskin Robbins was removed almost a year ago from the Dunkin's so my favorite drink is gone. I seem to have some issue with the items I order at the store I frequent. Burnt food, drink not filled completely, online request when ordering was not followed and some of the staff barely smile or say hello. Sad because the manager and asst. Manager are both very nice and accommodating.

I always order a Cappachino Blast with whipped cream and cinnamon. I love the drinks so much. Let me enjoy it please! And then...

This place used to be great but I don't know what happened! Lately I've been going in there and the place is infested with gnats, not the first time I have seen gnats there either but the last few times there were TONS. Gnats literally flying all around the donuts, landing on the donuts, I even had to shue my hand twice because they were flying by me! The only reason I got something is because I love Dunkins pumpkin coffee & I literally live around the corner! The other day I wanted donuts so instead I drove to the Dunkin Donuts that was a 2 minutes farther from me by car, It was in the plaza just before Walmart on rt 9! I don't know why more people don't go there! Yes the place is a little smaller however it was very clean, NO gnats at all and the lady behind the counter was very nice & actually accepted the local coupons that come in the mail that are meant to be used at the other Dunkin Donuts! The coffee was good too & it was nice having a mature adult serve me & not some young person who literally looks like they rolled out of bed & forgot to comb their hair. For now on I will drive 2 minutes further and go to this...

The take out window was around the building and the last car was in the entrance. We were going in anyway. I thought they would all be busy with the orders for the window, but they were standing with a smile at the counter helping the people inside. In all that chaos outside our order was taken quickly,, and it was delivered fast and exactly as ordered. It was hot, wrapped carefully and everything was on the sandwich, not half on half off. A really great DD experience. Now one of my favorites. Keep up the great work. Thelma was the name of the lovely, patient young lady that took our order. Couldn't be any nicer. I work retail, I know how it feels to be on the other side of the counter.. She's wonderful!! And by the way, we were there for about 20 minutes because we sat inside, when we left the line for the window was completely gone. Seems they have it down to a well...
