Nonno's Pizzeria and Restaurant — Restaurant in Howell Township

Visited here today because we are new to Howell and wanted to check it out. Ordered a very pricey meal of a gluten free pie and an eggplant rollatini meal. Thirty seconds after paying for my meal of $31.00 I gave the woman at the counter a coupon for $4.00 directly off the take out menu that was in their store. She refused to accept it saying the transaction was already closed. Mind you there were only two other customers in the place at 5:30pm on a Friday night. Not sure of her logic! The young girl that originally took my order was sweet but the woman who claimed to be an (owner) was harsh and refused to honor the $4.00 coupon. I ran businesses before and have never treated a customer like this. Terrible customer service! Don't waist your money here because they won't honor the coupons they print on their own menus and are too pricey. I honestly think she needs to take a class in...

Well for starters, don't piss a pregnant woman off with her food. The only food she might be able to stomach due to hideous vomiting episodes.... anywho, no flavor at all in the spinach rolls. The cheese was like I was chomping on a cold pollio string cheese chunk. The pizza, cold. At delivery. I had chunks of cheese for pizza. Not to mention I didn't get enjoy a cold cup of coke with my food either since it never made it with my delivery. Yea, i came for wings once... and I think that's the only thing I can say was satisfying. Thought i can say the same for the rest of the menu. Unfortunately, not...but I guess it must be my hormones... or could just be ...a better luck next time type...

I’ve been coming here for years and the food has always been good. But recently the pizzas I’ve been getting have not been up to par with previous years. They also have really high prices. The breaking point for me was when I ordered and went in to pick it up and they said the price. I questioned it because online they had a cheaper price and she said “oh yeah we raised our prices we didn’t update our site”. Not for nothing that’s misleading and if you’re going to raise your prices at least be transparent about it. Don’t wait till the person is standing there picking up the food to let them know of up charges. The personal went up 3 dollars… so needless to say I’ll be going...
