Edit (22 May 2018): Weekday AM and daytime service is as expected, but in general, evening and weekend service is painfully slow and frustrating. Weekends are the worst, however. Think 10-15 minutes inside, and 20+ minutes at the drive-thru. This is with no significant line! If there is a line, however, you might want to consider going elsewhere. So -1 star. Also, because this is a modernized store, if you're inside, you're expected to order from and pay at the huge kiosk menu display rather than at the register, of which there is only one, which is rarely manned and regularly ignored by staff. The problem with the kiosk is that, almost exactly like the McDonald's mobile apps, it is clumsily designed and provides minimal flexibility (for special orders). I'm relatively familiar with both the apps and the kiosk, and it takes me at least 2-3× longer to order using them than simply going to either register or through...

It appears to be a serious and continuous management problem at this location Always lots of employees inside but they seem more busy gosiping or talking than they do working. Most recent bad experience, I decide to go through the drive through as there was only one person in front of me. Main item I wanted was a McCurry for my 10 year old son. But of course even though it is on the menu, they don't have ice cream that day. I ordered 2 cheese burgers and 2 McChicken sandwiches. Remember there is only one car in front of me. That one car was told to wait in the reserve area. After I paid I was also told to wait in the reserve area as my order would take a while. I waited at least 5 minutes for my simple order to be brought to Me. Remember There was only 2 cars in the drivethru and we were both told to wait, what are the employees doing? Read moreA few things about this place. Some days it’s one of the best fast food on other days. I want to rip out my hair when I order. I understand that some people are still training as I have worked in McDonald’s before. But there is no reason it should take 15 minutes to order a happy meal, lemonade and a snack wrap. There’s nothing complicated about it. I didn’t add anything to it. I get to the window. I’m only handed my lemonade and in lemonade is nats. The lady who helped me get rid of it was the sweetest lady ever. I very much appreciated her but a nat? come on. Then I proceeded away at the window for 20 minutes just for them to bring out the wrong order. I didn’t even get the receipt to hang on the window. Some staff are nice.
