Went to Bahama Bucks on Saturday night to purchase two items- they were not busy, took over 15 minutes for four/five employees to make two snowcones they were laughing, drinking and eating items and a chuck of ice fell from the shaver…one girl finally made our order. My husbands was full and perfect, mine was in a medium cup and it was flat, no cone and not even to the top of the rim. I inquired why because I paid for a full cone and she said something as to they gave me the lighter style? What is that? I paid for a regular cone and got a skinny cone? I paid $13.59 for not what I ordered and then they closed for the night. I tried to reach out to manage, no call back and no response. Disappointed they charge for products they do...

We just visited bahama bucks through the drive through and I was watching the girl inside making snow cones. I could tell it was the snowcone my son ordered by the way it looked( sour patch kids blue). She got to the last step where she was sprinkling on some sort of powder and then BLEW THE EXCESS OFF WITH HER MOUTH! I couldn't believe my eyes and shot up in my seat. The girl saw my reaction and started taalking with another employee and they still tried to serve it to us. My husband kindly told the other employee that we saw the girl blow on it and please make another one, which they did and apologized for the mistake. I would suggest another training on safe food practice for...
