We went to this location and timed the moment we pulled into the drive through lines until the time it took to pull out with our drinks. 1 hour and 12 minutes, no kidding. After 30 minutes it did become a joke because I thought people were exaggerating but nope. All we could do was laugh and make jokes to each other. We have been back a couple times since and the wait has not gotten any better. Most of the time, there are two maybe three or more people working there at a time. The person that takes your order at the window (rarely have someone taking orders outside) has a job of just talking and not working on speeding the line by helping to make drinks. I have been a fan of Dutch Bros for decades when I was living in Washington. This one for some reason can not get it together. The drinks are inconsistent depending on who is making them for some reason. The last time we went, which will probably be our last, the order taker and barista were talking quietly about my tip because they thought I could not hear them. The order taker said what the tip amount was to the barista who seemed to be put off said” that is not 20%!” Well, if I am expected to wait in long lines, pay for inconsistent drinks that are not special requests and then get put down for not tipping the amount they feel (why they get tipped at all is beyond me), I am now taking my business somewhere else. Too bad because I was super excited to have this one so close. I think a change in management would be the only reason I...
Read moreI am highly disappointed in this store. I have been a DB customer for over 10 years and have NEVER experienced this much dissatisfaction. When I lived in AZ I would ALWAYS request extremely light ice and was not once told I would be charged extra because they would have to use more milk/heavy cream. So I told the girl just make it w/o the extra but I still want extremely light ice that I would be ok with the cup not being all the way full for all 3 drinks. In my opinion the ice melts and dilutes the flavor! Mind you we drove over 100 miles to go to DB's because that is the closest location. So we get our drinks, we're ok and head of to Michael's to do some craft shopping...finish and go back to DB to get drinks to take home because we're not going to drive 100 miles every day to get our DB's fix for few days. We order 6 more drinks to put in cooler and when we get our drinks they are HALF FULL and prices vary which we have never seen in 12 years of buying them. At this rate I might as well not travel to this location and use the closest Starbucks because this is about the 3rd time this location has provided less than the DB experience I am use to. Very disappointed and totally not the Dutch Bro's experience that I have always gotten. 😞
Great Dutch Bros...
Read moreThe coffee is great. The people are friendly, but you have got to figure out how to speed up. Waiting for almost an hour for two drinks isn't going to cut it!
Edit 11/03/2024
Stopped in around 2 p.m. today. The lines were long. No one was outside taking orders. I finally get to the window, just to wait while a 22 year old male employee was clearly flirting with the 19 year old female employee. How do I know? I heard the whole damn conversation. I sat at the window for around 5 minutes listening to them bulls, making a drink here and there for other customers, before the guy finishes a drink and tries to hand it to me. I hadn't even ordered yet!!! The nice young lady finally takes my order. While she is making it, male employee tries to hand me someone else's drink again. Look, I have no problem with young adults being young adults but save the flirting s for after you get off work. You want to make goo goo eyes at each other, go for it, but take my order and make my drink in a timely fashion, so I can leave and get on with my day. Save the rest of it for after you...
