Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hudson

I placed an order through the Dominos App about 9PM. 10:04PM George pulling up. I used to work for this store many years ago and always tip when I catch the driver and they have the sheet for me to sign. I order from this store quite often actually. Tonight being extremely exhausted from work, I had passed out while waiting for the delivery. I called at 10:16PM. All I wanted to know was what happened to my order as it was not at my door. I was polite and respectful and just confused. The driver apparently answered the phone and was extremely rude and condescending telling me that I was wrong and the food was there because he delivered it. He passed me to Abbey and I was again told that I was wrong many times and that the driver was right, that I could pay AGAIN to have my food re-delivered. I had to walk to 3 other four-plex units around me in the cul-de-sac before FINALLY finding my order at another building. Had to even ask for an apology. Domino's has lost a customer...

Ordered at 1:03pm and order was quality checked at 1:21pm. As of 2:08pm still not received when online stated 20-30 min. I understand things happen but when you call and the manager wants to give you a million excuses....1 driver and 7 other orders and that their online system is crap and not accurate it is rather irritating. When I asked to cancel my order and have my card refunded (James) became agitated and basically mocked the fact that I no longer wanted my order and gave me a smart a** answer of when the refund would go back on my card. All I wanted was an apology not excuses but seriously WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Use to order from there regulary won't be doing that for...

Ordered online, got our order. Opened our pizza and it was really really dark, burned to black on half the crust and had crispy black cheese bubbles. Used the delivery insurance and got 60 points for a free pizza, which was cool, but we can’t redeem them for two days and we’re hungry now for the pizza we paid for. Called and explained, he said we could have a replacement pizza, but it would be at least two hours before we could have one delivered. Asked If we could pick one up then and found out it would still be a two hour wait. Kinda sucked.
