Stuff was very rude. I was told that my 18 months daughter was crying too loud so they ask me to leave the store. Because it was disturbing their other costumers. They said they got scared with her vices. Com on!. A little 18 months old cry how bad could it be. She is not a monster. So harassing. Is this what you guy were trained to do?. Your other costumer is customer but i am not or what?. I believe not all of them think that was annoying some good heard people are also a mum a grandma they must have some concern wonder what happened not just a blame. If it really does. Than, don’t you think that you can treat us nicer by come to help me calming her down. Don’t you claimmed that shopping and donating at goodwill are helpping to put people to work?. And this is what I got after I’d been with you guy so many years?. We’re not deserved to be treated like that. This is unacceptable. Can you imagine if she was your daughter or granddaughter How do you feel if you love being treated like that. I was trying my best to stop her. She stoped crying after I gave her a candy that was right before that rud guy came to me. She was not crying for long either. The other time I was there. I had my baby sleeping in the shopping cart and I want to buy I big item I it would fit in the stroller if I don’t have my baby in there. I ask a guy who work there if he could please take it to the register for me. But he said no they don’t do that here. He told me to put it in the shopping cart. I side I don’t room for it. Believe it or not he walk away. He might be the same guy who told me to leave today. I thought oh my be because stuffs who work there did not get pay. Every time I visit Goodwill I leave feeling used, ripped off, feeling like a fool for even going there thinking they may have what I need for a fair or decent price. They are given most of their stock by donation. I feel angry that they then take these free items and Mark them up to almost the brand new price. I understand that they have to pay bills and some employees that aren't volunteer, I get that. But they are non profit right? How can anyone in their right mind say they are not making a killing on this business? I don't see where the money is being disbursed back into the community. Come on. What's the name of the bank accounts these funds are entering? I'm guessing they are over seas. It's BS. And no one ever says anything about it. In my opinion Goodwill should not be allowed to be classified as a non profit. They shouldn't get any special help from the community. In fact, maybe they should pay the community for their donations. Either by cash or Goodwill purchases. Then I wouldn't feel so...

Horrible. Goodwill you should be enbarrased! We just brought in good name brand clothes, toys, and a dresser. Kid working was a complete jerk, he thought and acting like he was doing us the favor!! Didnt accept a prefectly good 5 drawer dresser that worked and was not broken because it had stickers on it. Talked to the Manager (who was very young as well) she was nicer, but stood behind the jerk kid on a power trip. Never again will we take anything to goodwill! Keep acting like this and I hope you shut down...totally backwards! I dont go thru the effort I did to get shot down by a snot nose kid. If you want to donate make sure its brand new I guess!!
