Five Guys — Restaurant in Hudson

On July 8th I placed an order for delivery. My order was $44.42 total. After not receiving my order for over an hour then being notified that it was “delivered” (the doordash photo of the delivery showed a photo of food somewhere that was not my house) I called the store and spoke to someone who said the doordash driver not only delivered to the wrong house, but they also did not even grab my correct order. My food was still sitting at the store cold. I never got my food, not even the wrong food. I have called five guys 3 times since July 8th, each time being told my refund was approved and “should process in 3-5 days. After the first time I recieved an email from the manager of the Hudson store saying it was not approved because the doordash driver said they delivered it, which was not true because it was the wrong food at the wrong house…. I called and left my number to be contacted by the manager and never received a call back. I also called doordash twice to be sure they processed it on their end. I was told that doordash sent a refund to the store because it was a doordash error, so the store got the money back and I have yet to be refunded....

I enjoy the Cajun fries however my number one complaint is the inconsistency of amount of fries. Sometimes they add a extra scoop into the bag and sometimes they don’t. Either do or don’t. The problem I face is sometimes I order a regular and it’s enough for two people and sometimes it’s barely enough for one person. The cup alone little, regular and large give me an idea but I was pretty disappointed when I ordered a regular this time and the cup wasn’t even full to the top and last time I ordered a regular I had more than enough. Another problem I had this time around is I specifically just ordered regular Cajun fries (that’s it) and when I got home it was a regular fry, even though it did ring up and was on my receipt correctly. My first visit. The burger was top notch...and they were generous with the bacon too! I don't care for processed American plastic cheese and asked for something else, nope, only American. I wasn't a fan of their fries but the shake I ordered-chocolate with malted milk and whipped cream was the best I EVER had. The restaurant itself as well as the restroom was very clean. Free peanuts in the shell to eat while you wait. The small portion of fries was HUGE by the way. I thought the shake and fries were expensive at I believe $3.99 each but the delish flavor of the shake and the quantity of fries of the small size made it worth every penny. Can't...
