Had the worst and most humiliating experience of my entire life at this place. On 12/21/24 my family and I decided to go and celebrate my mom’s birthday there . We had gone there before and I had already brought my service animal the last time and had no issues whatsoever. Little did I know, I was about to be humiliated and treated by staff that believes their boss’s requirements are above Americans with disability’s Law. Once the waitress saw my service animal she required an identification card to prove both my disability and that my dog was a service animal. Any American citizen knows that the Law prohibits that and that there is no such thing as an identification card for service animals. My family and I tried to explain and educate her that this was not the way to go, but she proceeded to be rude and state that her boss required them to see the identification card. We were so frustrated that we simply decided to get up and go somewhere else to eat. As someone with a disability, I felt humiliated and exposed in front of an entire restaurant - which has never happened before at any AMERICAN OWNED PLACE. These people come from their country and open businesses here in the US but don’t even bother to educate themselves about the laws of the country they are migrating to. Thinking they are above law and proceeding to be breaking so many by mistreating and humiliating costumers…. Way to go…..BELOW I HAVE ATTACHED A PHOTO OF THE GOVERNMENT’s WEBSITE WITH INFORMATION REGARDING SERVICE ANIMALS. information that they refused to look at when I asked...
Read moreI wish I could give ZERO stars, the food might be good, but the staff is poorly trained by an Ignorant boss who believes his above the law. My sister brought her service dog with her and the waitress asked for some sort of card or identification to proof that my sister has a disability or need of her service animal, that her boss requires it. We mentioned the Americans with Disabilities Act Law for her, that we could show it to her and she could explain it to her boss, or maybe we could talk to him. But she told us that besides the Law he requires it. My sister said “Let me show my doctors Letter for her” and she said that she “didn’t wanted to see it - the “proof” that he asked for, and now it didn’t matter anymore”. That’s ridiculous, against the Law, discriminating and humiliating in front on everybody at the restaurant!

“Inquiries, Exclusions, Charges, and Other Specific Rules Related to Service Animals
When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the...
Read moreA decent burger, but I will say that they are over stuffed and a bit of a mess to eat. Also, the burger patty only filled about half the bun, a lot was just bread and potato sticks. I wouldn't personally order another burger from here, but it may just be my personal tastes, some may love the food. I had also ordered the fried plantains, I was expecting something that tasted more like plantains, but what I got were very thinly smashed and fried plantain chips that tasted nothing like plantains and mostly just tasted like the fry batter. They were also really hard and crunchy which just wasn't what I was...
