Hudson House of Pizza — Restaurant in Hudson

I've been a regular at this restaurant since I moved to Hudson in 2007. Tonight I placed an order for ziti with plain marinara sauce with light cheese. 5 minutes after calling, I received a phone call from the pizza shop employee telling me I had to hurry up and pick up my order. So I did. When I got back home I opened up the pasta to see they had given me meat sauce (I'm a vegetarian) I called back to ask the man if they would be able to replace my pasta for a new one. I was rudely interrupted on the phone multiple times. The man told me they had NO OTHER sauce for the pasta... soooo what do you dip your mozzarella sticks in? I was told to come back downtown to pick up ziti that they would add "pizza sauce" to. Ok, great! Problem solved... NOT. I arrive and the man is standing in the glass door way waiting for me. I went inside to the counter when the man called his co-worker from the back and they both began to tell me I did not place my order correctly. I should have stated I was a vegetarian when I called. No time to argue, I want to eat. Pleasr give me my pasta or my money back. I was refused both and the man then told me he was calling the police. Go for it. The cops came, gave me my money back. I thought it was a descent place and had taken my kids there as most of the staff seemed nice until I happened to drop in for a quick dinner close to closing time one evening. One of the owners or owners son I assume by the way he sat around arrogantly looking at his phone in the back yelled at me across the way like I owed him something because I didn’t clarify if I wanted a pizza or a sub and proceeded to scowl at me because I was there past closing and even sent one of his workers to tell me to leave. Literally forcing me out with a piece of pizza still in my hand. I didn’t think much of it at the time but am surprised at the treatment considering they are a place that serves the public. All they had to say was it was too late to dine in. The food isn’t the best but with the service being trash I think it’s easy to skip this place.
