Update: If you’re looking for raw vegetable juice coldpressed this is a great place to get it. I would’ve given them five stars, except for on several occasions, when I’ve been purchasing raw juice later in the day like 6 PM and I’m purchasing several bottles, when I get home, I find out that the expiration date is that very same day. So basically when they close at 7 PM they would’ve tossed it but they had no problem selling it to me an hour earlier. Now if I was buying one I wouldn’t have a problem with that because obviously I would be drinking it that day. But if I’m buying five or six bottles of raw juice I’m obviously not going to be drinking all of them before the end of that day. I feel that this store should notify people that the expiration date on the bottle is today. This is not a store where you help yourself. This is a store where they get it and put it into a bag for you. So I cannot check the date myself until after purchase. 😡 They do offer several other options besides raw juice that are quite delicious. Such as smoothies, avocado toast, etc.

I love that everything is organic. However, they only have 1 or 2 raw juices available without spicy 🌶 cyan pepper and ginger in them. Their solution is to add charcoal which makes no sense since charcoal causes your body NOT to absorb the nutrients. That is why the hospital administers charcoal to poison victims. Many of the other items have honey or agave sugar which I don’t want when I am working on health. Today they are under staffed so their is a very long wait. We waited 15+ min just to order and another 15+ to get the ordered items. I used the bathroom while there and it needed cleaning which makes me worry/wonder what kind of condition the kitchen is in. This is my first experience at Restore! I've been wanting to come here for a long time to check it out, and I was very pleased with the experience! I got the Almond butter & banana toast, the Immunity & Blue Lemonade juices and a superfood smoothie ( I forget which one I ordered, but it was good & green in color). The toast was REALLY good! I just got to trying the juices, not my favorite, but combining the Immunity & Blue Lemonade evens out the taste a bit more. Definitely will drink it for the benefits and the ginger to wake me up in the morning. The lady at the front was very nice, super informative and very helpful when it came to choosing the juices.She suggested mixing the two together, and what she said about the taste of the juices was very accurate. Stopped into Restore Cold Pressed in Hudson and was blown away by the quality and presentation. I ordered a cold brew coffee, avocado toast with tomato, and a dragon fruit bowl topped with banana — every item was fresh, vibrant, and thoughtfully prepared.

The avocado toast was perfectly seasoned, served on hearty bread with ripe tomatoes that added a fresh pop of flavor. The dragon fruit bowl was not only beautiful but also refreshing and satisfying — the banana slices were the perfect sweet balance to the tropical base. My cold coffee was smooth and energizing, just what I needed.
