They worked with my modest budget to create something I am sure my partner will love.

The experience: I was so stressed about the engagement ring process until I met with Barbara for the first time - she kindly agreed to an educational meeting (no obligation) to familiarize me with the basic principles of identifying a quality diamond and the different considerations of various ring styles and settings. After our first one hour meeting I felt so much more knowledgeable and comfortable in my ability to make an informed decision.

I met with Barbara several times after that initial meeting, beginning with a fun, lighthearted session which included my partner. Barbara presented a variety of diamonds and settings to gauge my partner’s interest, as well as sizing her ring finger, taking detailed mental notes about what my partner seemed to like which she shared with me discretely afterwards. It was clear my partner wanted a unique ring which would have to be made from scratch, and once we had the blueprint of what she liked Barbara made a stunning design using CAD software which blew me away - and when the ring was ready it looked exactly like the renderings. Shopping for a special necklace for our granddaughter who was turning 8 was my first experience with Jewelry Art. Barbara was so helpful and helped me find the perfect piece after thumbing through some catalogs. We ordered it and it was in two days later! Grandaughter was thrilled!

Then a few weeks later my own birthday was coming up. I went in to find a pair of nice gold earrings and narrowed it down to three pair after Barbara brought several different pairs to show me. This made it easy for my husband to go back and choose my birthday gift. Little did I know he would purchase all three! I was thrilled! So we have a good thing going at Jewelry Art! My husband wanted a unique band for his wedding band and we located one at Jewelry Art that he wanted to check out. We made the drive from Columbus and it was worth every ounce of gas! The ring was spectacular and we were able to work with the designer to add some special touches so that it was truly one of a kind!
