I recently went to the Hudson location after shopping at the Kent location. I was so shocked by the rude staff and the set up of the store for a wheelchair. When I entered the store I was pushing a wheelchair and no help opening the door or even a hello and what am I looking for. I found the T-shirt’s I was looking for and then a staff member came out of nowhere saying don’t unfold those the shirts are in the back hanging up. Ummm put them by the T-shirt table if you do not want people to unfold T-shirt to look at them. Then as I was leaving with two T-shirts no thank you for coming in or anything and again no help from staff with the door: I will never return to the Hudson location and that staff needs to take some serious customer service classes. Recently, the owner followed my young teenage daughter & her friend out the store and down the block. He then accused her of stealing & went thru her bag of belongings. He told her that he had her on video putting things in her bag. Once he was finished looking thru her things, he obviously didn’t find anything!!! Zero apology was given to my child or to me directly after I called the store to speak to the manager. I know people steal and take things that don’t belong to them but you can’t assume every child is stealing. Very unprofessional approach towards a young girl.
