UPDATE: For the last 3 going on 4 months I have been emailing back and forth with JAB customer service for tracking information to be sent to me when the refund check was issued and mailed to us. According to JAB the refund check has been issued and returned to them as undeliverable twice now (no proof of mailing or tracking provided)even though the address and all information was provided correctly. I feel as though we are being pushed around and feel as though JAB wants us to forget about it and move on so that they can keep their funds. At this point the refund check should be sent to us with tracking information and the refund should cover the entire cost of purchase as not only was the original experience lackluster and disappointing but the customer service we have received since then has only amplified our feelings towards JAB.
Lack of organization when dealing with large groups-only one staff member for a group of 8+ not including standard store customers. Staff does not listen to customer preference on sizing and insists on specific sizes instead-rather sternly or belittling. When it comes to customer service it took 3 individuals a 2 times on hold to confirm that alterations may be completed at any JAB location-this should be a basic question...When checking out we were charged more than the rest of the group and were told a refund of the overage amount could be refunded when the suit was ready for pick up. During pick up I requested the refund that was agreed upon the date of purchase and was told now that the overage amount was due the the suit sizing. If this is the case this should have been communicated at the time of purchase. When purchasing a suit and spending the money we had you would think a large/long plastic bag for the suit would be provided at least but no-just the hanger for the jacket and other items thrown in a bag. Sometimes only 1 person (Travis) runs the whole store and he has a racist attitude. He provided a $10 discount to the customer before me when the customer complained about the 50% discount. When I asked for the same, he mentioned that the system could not be changed. On another occasion, did an exchange. Since JAB did not have the inventory, he mentioned that the item would be shipped to my residence. Unfortunately, did not check the receipt and only when I talked to customer service understood that the item did not have shipping info. Went back to the store and Travis had me wait till he took care of all the other customers in the store. He mentioned that he could talk to Customer Service only after taking care of in store customers. I ended up calling customer service who called Travis back - he let the phone ring for a long time before picking it up. Another instance where Jen had to help Travis since he said he could not match the online item price.

They do have some nice suits there, however, none of the guys on the floor know how to make it fit well. I recently purchased a slim suit there. The guys working there said it fit perfectly. I thought it was baggy and wanted the pants and coat taken in. They said if they did it wouldn't look right, and refused to even try and tried to make me feel stupid. They were originally going to hem the pants (thats all the tailoring they will do) but I asked them not to.
I then took my suit to a professional tailor. He was appalled that they sized me in the suit that they did. The first words out of his mouth were "You're going to need to slim that up quite a bit." He rebuilt the suit for me for about $100 and I couldn't be happier with it now.
The bottom line is, the guys working here know the difference between a signature and executive suit, but who cares if it does not fit you properly.
If you buy a suit here, expect to get professional tailoring services elsewhere if you want it to fit well.
