Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hull

I've never wrote a review on a business before. Not that I have anything against those who do, I've just never felt the need to. However, this is by far and away the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to; and I've been getting Dunks daily for years. I feel as though I'd be doing a disservice to everyone if I didn't write this.

It's extremely unfortunate how much this place sucks because I live right down the street, so the location is very convenient relative to it's proximity to me. With that being said, this location is filled with the most incompetent staff of probably any business I've ever given my money to (not just Dunkin Donuts). They CONSISTENTLY get my order incorrect EVERY SINGLE DAY. A large part of that is probably due to the revolving door of staff members that come in and out weekly. There are maybe 2 people that have worked there for longer than a month, and not even those 2 are competent enough to consistently get it right. It's gotten to the point where I have zero patience left and I will no longer go there because I'm afraid I'll just snap at the employees. I'm not that kind of person but it's so hard to fathom how something so simple as a regular iced coffee order can be screwed up every. single. day.... Honestly, I'd give this location ZERO stars if I could. I would rather go down the street to the Dunks inside Tedeschi's or just go to Cumberland Farms. At this point it feels like you'd have to TRY...

The worst Dunkin I have ever been to. They are constantly out of things but don’t remove them from the mobile order like all others do. They refuse refunds and tell you to go to the app for the refund but when you go to the app it directs you to a bot and the boy will offer you 200 points, which doesn’t even cover the item you didn’t even receive. If you call customer service they say it needs to be escalated to the franchisee who never calls you back. Ever. Today I both didn’t receive two items out of five in my order and had hair in my drink, this was after the woman at the window put her entire sleeve in my drink and got mad at me for calling her out on it. The manager is rude and unhelpful (I was also rude back after she was rude to me I will admit that, I started nice and progressed to not). She walks away from situations and chooses not to resolve things instead of handling situations professionally. I drive right past here to go to work and from not on I will leave early for work and go 10 minutes out of my way to go to...

I came to the store yesterday morning as I do every morning for coffee. I love this store for the most part. However yesterday morning is there was a blonde girl with a ponytail who was degrading this odor very very sweet woman saying that she owed money. Apparently The Night the Lights Went Out Here and how the lady was getting two coffees and gave the woman a 20. This was a different woman I believe it might have been the manager of the shift manager who was very nice and gave the woman the $20 back the register with no open to give her the change so if she gave her the whole 20 and said here his two free coffees. When the woman went in there today to get a coffee all she had was a $10 bill and couldn't even afford to get the second coffee because the woman that was working the whole ten and said well you owe us $6. She was rude and she was insulting it was disgusting. I will never go back to that store again. Well...
