Norberto's Piano Bar, Lounge & Restaurant — Restaurant in Humacao

My husband and I booked a reservation here for our week trip to Humacao, Puerto Rico. We were very excited to come due to the owner inviting us while walking around the plaza, on Monday. Our reservation was for Thursday evening. We looked online a head of time, at the menu, to see if we’d like any of their entrees to make sure we weren’t wasting our money here. Sadly, we were told entrees were not being served only the appetizer's, which were limited options. We were not told that entrees were not being sold this evening, we asked due to us waiting on a possibly second menu of items. Lastly, our “initial” waiter was not helping us and would rarely be around when we had a question. There was another server, walking around, that was very kind and checked up on us and he even helped fix our table because he noticed it was wobbling, side to side, while we were talking. In conclusion, I expected a beautiful dinner. The inside was nice but the price for the food/appetizers was unreasonable for not even getting a proper dinner as expected from...

Norberto’s is a much needed addition to Palmanova. A place where you can go & dine & enjoy great food & amazing cocktails or just have an after dinner drink. The host & staff are professional and attentive. The owners are hands on with obvious experience in operations. Offering a wide array of great cuisine & cocktails, you won’t be disappointed with their choice of ambiance thru their eclectic furnishings and diverse music. They are warm & welcoming & hope to offer you a place to kick back, enjoy the place & each other in a relaxed atmosphere. Ivd visited more than once and will certainly visit again. The service and staff were warm and attentive, and the food was above average. The atmosphere shifts depending on the night’s entertainment—sometimes lively, sometimes more relaxed—which keeps it interesting. Prices are a bit on the high side, and the ambience occasionally felt like it was trying a little too hard to be a pure jazz bar within a resort community that draws all types of visitors.
