I called and spoke with a manager a few days prior to us dining in on 5/28 for my daughters 11th bday. There were about 23 of us give or take. We arrived at the restaurant about 640. I called at 615 to let them know we were on the way. I am not one to complain as I also manage a restaurant, multiple of them. I not only helped her take orders but I also split her checks. I noticed her hopping around guest to guest and she was getting things confused so I thought me helping would make it easier. She was kind and she was as attentive as she could be. She was not helped at all. We had to ask for extra menus- apps were brought out with no plates, I had to walk to the bar and host stand a number of times to grab things. I ordered a jack and coke. I drank it within 30 min and it remained empty the rest of the time as I never got my next drink. It was not on the bill so she never rang it in. We ordered almost all burgers. About 6 came out in correct we had to take apart everyoneās burgers to make sure we received the right ones. My Philly had meat cheese and bun only it came out with meat on my plate no bread. I asked for my salad first never received it until after they fixed my Philly. My sister and 2 other guests burgers were wrong completely the second time around. My husband never got his food we all were half way done eating by the time his food came out. Both tables were filled with dishes the entire time. If you look at your cameras I premised the kids table and moved all the plates to the end so we could do our cake. A manager and staff member were sitting eating playing on their phones at the table next to us while we should have been taken care of properly. Not ONE time did a manger come to us. I even asked to speak with the manager and she never came to the table. By then we just wanted to leave. I called today to speak with the general manager to avoid a google review and was left on hold for a very long time. I give everyone a second chance but this was just not it. Due to food allergies we had to make some changes to one of the burgers. On our bill, the waitress charged us for an additional burger instead of just the changes to the initial order. I didn't notice the charge until we paid and when I brought it to her attention she immediately acknowledged the error and took the receipt to fix it. After a few minutes she called the manager to the cash register. Both of them were there for several minutes seemingly unfamiliar with how to accomplish reimbursing the additional charge. Eventually the manager handed me another receipt, which looked like a reprint of the original receipt minus the additional charge, but not a reimbursement. When I asked about the reprint she assured me that the extra charge was reimbursed, but that it would take several days to see it reflected in my account. It's now been a few weeks and the reimbursement never posted to the account. Since we are out of town we just charged it as a loss, but share this story so that other patrons are mindful. While this did not seem malicious, it seems like training is needed around the use of the register. The manager and waitstaff should know how to do these common functions to prevent similar errors...

After that it was nit so good. We waited at the table to out in a soda request for about five minutes. We thought we were waiting in the server at the other tables, but that was not so. A young man sauntered over and asked us about drinks. We had to ask for refills the entire time. Again, it was not busy. I am not new to the $15-$20 burger. I have lived in Utah for the last half decade. They have perfected the overpriced burger. But this burger felt and tasted tough or over cooked. Something was not right. The flavors were muddled. I got the Bad Ass burger because of the buttermilk battered bacon and more importantly the horseradish mayo. The flavors almost canceled each other out. I tasted nothing remotely reaching horseradish flavor. Again, muddled. It was all muddled. The same is true of the deep fried deviled eggs. There was so little flavor. The Mac and cheese was good, not great but good. Best thing at the table was the chocolate malt. That was very good. Nothing here was worth the price. At the end of the meal, we had to hunt our server down to pay so we could leave. If you charge these prices you need to be more than meh. And thatās what...
