Kilwins Ice Cream - Chocolate - Fudge — Restaurant in Huntersville

I visited the place this past weekend. I was on a line, and I was next one to be served. No one came by when it was my turn. When someone finally came, I asked for couple of ice cream to try out. The server handed me the samples and moved right on to the next person. That was frustrating. The next customer she jumped to help had a long list of what/how wanted. I was put back on a line waiting again. When I initially waited, no one came but it seemed like she did not want this person who was after me to wait any longer than necessary. I had a frustrating experience. It was really annoying. I did not get the attention I deserved, especially when it seemed like the server is rushing though things. I was upset and left in a situation waiting longer than necessary, especially after I've already waited to be served. My only regret is that I wish I had let a manager or a supervisor know about my experience to ensure that servers are providing better service in the future. He ended up giving me two half-scoops—only one of which was what I’d requested—and a third scoop in a kid-sized cup rather than the full-size cup I paid for.

Not only does kilwins have yummy flavors of ice cream, they also have other yummy treats such as Chocolate, chocolate covered strawberries, caramel apple and much more... Its also a bonus where this shop is located. Birkdale is a beautiful place you can go and relax. From other restaurants to enjoying an ice cream treat with the family outside on a bench or on a blanket in the grass area. My husband and i love going here and grabbing a nice cold treat.
