This location was very clean and bright and the women that helped explain everything were very helpful. The nurse that pierced my ears, Emma, drew dots on my ears and told us we could adjust them as much as needed. We (me and 3 other women who came with me) adjusted them several times and tried to ask the nurse advice for where lobe earrings were typically placed but she kept saying it’s totally up to us where they would go and offering no suggestions. Finally we got them to where we thought was even but once pierced noticed the next day they were definitely not even. Now I had to take the earrings out and will have to get my ears repierced. The ladies at customer service were very helpful in correcting the issue, however we don’t live near the location we got the piercing done so won’t be able to return for repiercing for several months. Second time at this location and hands down the best experience both times. Several months ago my sister and I went and had several piercings done. Everyone was so friendly, profess was seamless and we had zero issues with aftercare. Because of this great experience, we surprised my daughter last night, who has been begging to get her ears pierced. She’s 4, just started pre k so we took her to celebrate. She barely flinched! They were soooooo amazing with her and she was so proud of herself! This experience was so amazing that her little cousin, also 4, decided she wanted them pierced after being so scared before. Our daughter got her ears pierced about a month ago. She had no issues at the time. She got the red Enamel hearts and after 3 weeks the enamel peeled off of one of them. These were $50+ earrings that she was told she could not change them out before 6 weeks. She took them out after the recommended time and in to the store to ask if they could replace the one that was damaged. She was told rudley that it was after the 30 days so there was nothing they would do!! Um she couldn't take them out before then and there is NO way they should already fall apart within that amount time. Super disappointed in the quality and customer service!
