Update 4/16/2022: I will no longer be going to Hardee's. They don't get your order right and somehow it's the customers fault. Keep rolling your eye's my dear, you'll go far in the service industry with that attitude. Must be something with the Saturday crew, probably the B team or something.
Previous (5 stars).. I’ve been coming here for a year now with this pandemic. It’s now the families usual Friday spot.
I bumped it up to 5 stars, as the food and service has been very consistent. Speaking of consistency, there’s this one gentleman that works Friday evenings (stalky white guy), always gets the order right (kids make it impossible to order from menu) and when he hands it to me, tells me which order is which. I specifically go on Fridays just because I know that dude is working. I went in Saturday once and the food was not put together as nice and the girl got my order wrong, haha. She did fix it, but I’m sure you all reading this know that it’s just disappointing when people can’t just take your order and it be right.

Read moreI'd love to be able to give them 7 stars. I was staying in a hotel across the parking lot from Hardee's Huntersville. I left for work at 7am and left my dog in the room forgetting that he is an escape artist... he got out. Nearly at work 30 min away I received a frantic call from the hotel manager that my dog had escaped and was running around outside. The hotel is surrounded by busy roads and I was sure my best friend was going to end up dead. The manager said he's afraid of dogs and refused to help till I suggested he call the police. I raced back driving 100mph on highway and 60mph in shoulders and on grass. When I pulled in my dog was safe. Nobody trying to help EXCEPT a couple ladies from the Hardee's trying to capture my dog using a biscuit as a bribe. I was thankful beyond words. I got him on leash and they called me over and fed him a biscuit and scratched his head and I'm a loyal customer for life. My doggie was very happy too :). (2 min later police arrived. I really...
Read moreAfter seeing the response, i wanted to follow up and share that the response had no follow-up regarding the price issue. I have included a posting from the Hardee's website and still do not understand the response.
I want to start off by sharing that the issue is with the Store and not so much the Employees. I have enjoyed visiting this location as it is convenient while traveling to and from work. The food is good, and those working the drive thru window are always polite. My Major dissatisfaction is when Hardee's runs a national add campaign stating that it has a 5.99 special and then charges the Customer 6.99. This might be somewhat of a minimal issue, but how many Customers are being overcharged on a daily basis. There is a process in place for retails to honor an advertised price, not to just brush it off. It dawned on me that this was the second or third time that this had happened, and it was brushed off.
