TS Nails — Local services in Huntersville

I highly do not recommend this business. Not only do they do a poor job on your nails, there is also no heat in the building. I can not count how many state board regulations that were broken. They used dirty tools on me, I could visibly see that they were not disinfected. I also believe that they are all working under one license. I asked for a simple coffin shape with French tips. Not only are all ten of my designs uneven, the acrylic itself is also bumpy. The manager did my nails and said this was the best he could do. I paid but then went home and realized the atrocity that took place on my hands. I called them back and they refused a refund. My nails were not even cut before the application of acrylic. Easily the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I plan on contacting the state board and hope any and everyone stays away from this busines. ZERO STARS! This tops the charts for the WORST manicure experience I have ever had! The lady who did my nails was extremely rude, pushy and rushed me through all 8 min from start to finish of this “manicure”. After being rushed to pick a color in 20 seconds she told me “this color is fine” while she grabbed one hand to start working....she then proceeded to ask with attitude “just paint?”. I said, “ No, I was hoping to have a full manicure with cuticle work etc.” Not only did she complain about the condition of my nails and that they were too short the entire time (which is why I went to get a manicure and have to keep them short for my job), there was ZERO massage, lotion or spa feel whatsoever. Considering they charge $25 that was a complete joke! I have no problem paying for a relaxing quality experience but THIS PLACE WAS A TOTAL WASTE! I started going here a little over a year ago. I especially loved it once it was purchased by the new owner, Trim. Her and her coworker Meghan are very talented, friendly, reasonably priced and very customer-oriented. They go out of their way to give you a wonderful, relaxing experience. I referred my best friends, fiance, neighbors and friends and every one of them that have gone are now repeat customers. I’ve been to so many nail salons in the past, and love this one by far.
