Worse experience with ordering a custom quinceañera cake. Ordered the cake a month before the event specifically stated the flavors i wanted price was not a problem. The three tier cake I requested was supposed to have the first two layers plain vanilla and the last tier cake chocolate. I ordered three more additional to it and requested them to be tres leches cake with strawberries. I called five days before the event to confirm that everything was still good and the woman i spoke to stated that everything was good and scheduled for delivery. On the day of the event the cake was delivered and nothing was said. When it came to the time of cutting the cake every single one of the cakes were tres leches. Not at all what I ordered. I called three different times and the last time I did I was told someone would call me back because she didn’t know what I was talking about. I waited three days before calling a final time. At that point I finally spoke to the owner who admitted he knew he wasn’t going to be able to give me my exact order the day before my event but didn’t want to call and let me know so that i wouldn’t get upset and cancel the order. He offered to refund me only $100 and that I had to come and get the money. When I finally got there the woman who initially took the order was there and started questioning me asking me if I had proof and how would they know if what I was saying true. I told her that I already spoke to the owner and was told to come in and pick up the money. She then went to him to confirm and came back asking me if I had the cake stand to return. I told her that it was never said to me that I had to return anything at anytime I had spoken to someone and that not even when the cake was delivered was I told anything. She then said she would have to charge me $30 for it. That’s when the owner told her to only charge me $20 which she still tried to charge me the $30 until I reiterated what he had said in front of her. She had an attitude the whole time and was unpleasant. What if I had never gone back to the bakery they would have never known to charge me for the stand which was all plastic. Which showed me that they just didn’t want to refund me anything for their screw up. I will never be doing business with them again. They are so unprofessional, rude and lack any customer service or common courtesy. I highly do not recommend this place for any custom cake orders. If I could give it...

Customer service is not even there. Non existent. We ordered a cake for Saturday July 2 it was supposed to be a SpongeBob cake that was mocha flavored that said "feliz cumpleaños" we got something so butchered that they even put a random kid on the edible picture people were asking who the kid was. They even had a hard time finding our cake and it should have been a red flag for me but we didn't think much of it. Flavor was no where near mocha. Strawberry coconut with vanilla cake 🤦🏽‍♀️. Not even close. if we would have known from pick up that it would have been that bad we would have never brought the cake home. We noticed small things but let them slide because of my sister's birthday and we weren't going to show up with out a cake. But come time to cut the cake and we noticed that it was just nothing what we ordered. We tried to go back to show the lady we spoke on the phone with who Told us to bring proof she didn't even look us in the eye completely avoided eye contact. Says that it was what we ordered and what not, then that the baker wasn't present like ladyn't need the baker i need to talk to you. Then she has the nerve to act like she is just the worker but she was asking for proof and making excuses for what happened and now apparently she was just a worker and can't do anything and doesn't know if or when the owner will show up? We have ordered he in the past never had an issue because they were not custom cakes. But if this is going to be the issue we'll then we cake order somewhere else. Work on customer service and work...

Stopped in to pick up a snack for later. The store was clean but there were no papers to put on the trays used to get the pastries? There were bags. The price for the parties was very reasonable, but the flavor was a bit underwhelming. They seemed to be well baked though, so maybe they are meant to be pretty plain?

It wasn't busy, but we weren't even spoken to while we were there. Was hoping to make this my neighborhood go to, but not so sure.
