Hidden Gem in Huntersville! The service and food were amazing! I had the Honey Swiss Chicken. It was to die for, and I fully intend on ordering it again. There are so many options that I wanted to try for their menu had so many delicious options! I will say if you order the Salmon BLT ask for sriracha mayo! Gives it a nice kick. The Cajun fries are the fries you are always hoping to get at cook out but never do, perfectly seasoned. My mango cider was a perfect pair with my meal. Highly recommend! Ashley the bartender is so sweet, and I can’t wait for her to serve me again!

Update: We had Kendal last night as our bartender, he was very sweet and had an excellent knowledge of the beers on tap. My friend tries to always get something new when we are here, whereas I am so in love with the Honey Swiss Chicken. He got the southwestern chicken wrap which was okay, but he probably won’t get it again. Him and I agreed there wasn’t much flavor. I will say we did also tried the onion rings which are really good and crisp as well. The Prime French dip is also another good go to here as well.

Update: I have a new favorite appetizer - Prime Rib Steak Quesadilla- Yum! The horseradish dipping sauce takes it to another level of mouth watering goodness. Definitely...

Really, a sad situation. Used to LOVE Harvey's. My sister lives in the area and we'd walk down for beer and a handheld. Unfortunately, the experience has diminished in the Covid era.

After being seated, it took several minutes to place a drink order. Accurate drinks were delivered in reasonable time, but the length of time we had to wait to place food order was not. Food took incredibly long to arrive. One party's food was cold (it was obvious that it sat in kitchen). Our other meals weren't hot, but tolerable. When the party explained that she didn't want the cold dish and to remove it from check, no apology was offered. They didn't even give her the cold food to take home in a box LOL, they just threw it away.

I think the owner needs to consider 1) whom they've hired as Managers and if they represent ownership's vision. 2) understand what they can expect from staff and the flexibility needed to manage them. Which means, you'll likely be employing college students who need some flexibility without being forced into a career. Staff it up!

Worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. Beware their Groupon is a waste of money and a scam. If you go with other people even sitting at separate tables and paying on separate checks they won’t let you use it. The waitress told us she could do it but she would get in trouble. Then the manager even lied to us saying she would love to fix it for us but the computer wouldn’t let her, even after we told her we had done it before and had no issues. We ordered desert with ice cream and when we asked for a spoon we were told they could not give us one because they had all of their spoons reserved for the party down stairs. (We needed one spoon not 10) I have ate here many times and live not too far away and recommend this place to a lot of people but will never do it again. I will only tell how horrible the service is and how the manager lies to it’s customers. At the very least, they could have credited us the $17 we spent on the groupon towards our meal so the money wouldn’t go to waste but wouldn’t even do that. Myself, my family and friends will...
