Absolutely rude! Asked way too many questions about the worth of my ring making it untrustworthy. I asked for ring sizing for MY ENGAGEMENT RING from ZALES and they attempted to sell me a ring over the phone and insulted me. I have been going to Studio 101 for a couple of years now. Bob does excellent work and has extremely reasonable prices for his work. He has sized a few rings for us flawlessly, he replaced a lost heart-shaped synthetic ruby on one of my wife's rings for a huge savings over ordering it myself, and he fused my wife's wedding and engagement bands and polished my ring for our anniversary. He is very knowledgeable and we always had a very quick turn around time as well....
