Best Veggie Burrito I have had in Huntersville. It was amazing! There are not many options of dishes for vegetarians, but if you like burritos or gorditas, quesadillas or chips and salsa, THIS IS THE SPOT TO EAT! Keep in mind that this is a taco truck, so you will have to wait in front of the truck and take the food to go, but believe me, it is totally worth it.

My husband had 3 gorditas, chicken and carne asada, and he loved his food. It comes with a small salad and grilled onions.

I had the freshly made chips with salsa and a super veggie burrito.

If the point is to have good Mexican food (not necessary sitting down at a restaurant) there's no need to visit any other Mexican place, order and take it to go.

Homemade taco shells with awesome extras onions,cilantro, cheese and steak was done perfectly. 4 tacos for $10 perfect!

Ordered a chicken quesadilla. Received a ground beef quesadilla. Way too greasy and not what I wanted.

Ordered a steak burrito. Received a chicken burrito. Did not care for flavor. And not what I ordered.

Nice people. If I only wanted tacos I would probably try again. But nothing adventurous...

Really great little taco truck in the tiny town of Huntersville, NC. Quality no frills Mexican street tacos — just cilantro and onions with the meat — which is just my style. And a really excellent hot sauce on the side. You order at the window and then head into a bodega to grab a drink and pay. Met some friends there for dinner and discovered that there's a park about a block from there with benches and steps at an outdoor auditorium, if you want a place to sit and eat.
