Ryan is the kind of guy who makes you feel seen and welcome from the second you walk through the door. He’s incredibly attentive — whether it’s remembering your go-to drink, checking in just at the right time, or making sure the vibe is spot on, he’s always on it.

But what really sets him apart is how personable he is. You don’t just get service with Ryan — you get genuine conversation, good energy, and someone who actually cares that you’re having a great time. It’s no wonder people keep coming back. This is an awesome bungalow house that has been turned into a beer & wine bar. Crafty Beer Guys is located in the heart of Huntersville, next door to Discovery Place Kids. They offer indoor and outdoor seating, have a TV inside and cornhole outside. They offer over a dozen beers on tap and countless amounts in bottles. They also offer a wide variety of wine and craft sodas for the kiddos, DD, or pregnant wife. You are able to bring in food to eat while you enjoy your beverages. My dad and I took my kids to DPK, stopped at Jersey Mike's (3 minutes away) and then went to CBG for a much needed drink and to eat. It was perfect! This use to be a place we visited frequently when we first moved into the area. Over the course of the last ~2 years, that's become less and less. While the beer selection and outdoor space is outstanding, it's shadowed by the service - mainly from whom I believe might be one of the managers - Leah.

They've now gone through 3 different bartenders that we've loved because of her lack of leadership and general customer service. Any interaction I've had with Leah was unremarkable and far less than pleasant. I'm not asking for some special treatment because of the amount of money we spend there, but even getting a "hello" from her is like seeing a unicorn.

I'm hoping the owners get some visibility to this, because ultimately she's dragging down...
