It was such a shame the experience I had at this Panda Express. I came to this location for the first time as the other one is 35 minutes away from my house. It was already 3 people waiting on food. My sister ordered her food first, then I ordered mine as well as my children food. It was also a couple with 4 younger children behind us. We first waited about 5-10 minutes before anyone even said anything to us. Not Hi or I'll be right with you. Nothing. As we were trying to figure out what we were going to get because no food was out we kept being told they did not have this and that or it would be 10 minutes or 6 minutes and we could choose something else. We ordered finally and the cashier Isabel plated our food in the mist it was a guy working who was I guess packing online orders. They were reaching over each other and he was taking all the food while customers waited in like 15 minutes until the food was done cooking. Isabel packed all bowls b/c they were out of plates. Problem was she packed them and set them all together. My sister paid for 2 plates which she thought she just got confused and was given one of my plates. So she said no big deal and paid for it. When it was my turn to pay I was told I had 2 plates, so I asked Isabel G. What did my sister pay for because she was by her self and I only had 2 plates. She responded 2 entrees. I said ok but what was in the bowls she responded and said I don't know YOU need to look at the receipt. So I asked if she made the bowls and packed them looking at a ticket which, I watched her do. She should know what she giving people. Her response was " well It's a lot of bowls here I'm getting confused. I then said yes because now you are rushing and putting everyone bowls together instead of taking your time slowing down and paying attention. Now we do not know what food we are paying for. For all I know the guy behind me meals could have been what she was charging me for. In the end I had to check my food even after telling her my order again and again to make sure I got the food I ordered. I understand things happen and food run out and people are short staff. I simply gave the bad review because she was overwhelmed and frustrated when all she had to do was slow down and focus on what she was doing. No one complained while I was there about waiting, the complaints were it was unorganized and she made it harder than it had to be. The young man was focused on online orders. He watched her struggle and never offered assistance. He could have paused to get her back on track and went back to working. Read moreLet's be honest. Nobody goes to Panda Express for great food. You go for quick, cheap, mediocre food. However, they're almost always out of something that you have to wait for at this location, so you can rule out quick, and the customer service has gone way downhill. Last time I went, and I haven't been back since and don't plan to go back anytime soon, they charged me for an item I didn't order, which I didn't notice until I checked my receipt as I was walking away from the register. I turned back to the cashier to show her, and she just seemed confused. I explained I didn't order that item, and gave her my bag to show her I didn't receive that item, and asked for a refund of the extra charge. She just shrugged and said they don't do refunds, so I asked if there was someone else I could speak to. She got the manager. The manager said, "Oh, we'll just give you that item then." I explained that I did not want that item, and in fact am allergic to that item...thus why I didn't order it. She then said they'd give me some other item. I explained that I didn't want another item. I just wanted to be refunded for the overcharge of an item I didn't order, receive, or want. Then she said they don't do refunds. I told her I was confident she could do a refund for something that was their error, so she rolled her eyes and processed the refund. Read moreI’m extremely disappointed with the service that I received from Jaclyn today. I and three other customers waited over half an hour for our mobile orders to be fulfilled. Not only did we all patiently stand by while she took care of all the customers in line but once I finally approached her about ignoring us, she became upset and began to insult me. She told me that “I was a waste of space and not worth her time”. She also told me “why don’t you come behind and work the register then.” I was very confused as to how I was made to feel guilty and insulted for paying for my food and taking the time out of my lunch break to be ignored and demeaned. Clearly the orders had been sitting on the counter (you will find evidence on your video cameras). She never once glanced over to check and see if in fact they were the mobile orders. She never once apologized for the wait, she never acknowledged us. Someone else, not sure if it was the manager or head cook had to finally help us and package our food.
