TSAOCAA 朝茶 Tea Cafe — Restaurant in Huntersville

One star is too generous for this place. We ordered a variety of items, including the Secret Hot & Spicy Boneless Chicken, Hot Cheetos Hot Dog, Spicy Chicken Sandwich, and both Brown Sugar Milk Tea and Taro Milk Tea. Almost everything was served cold—except for the sandwich. Our boneless chicken was barely coated in sauce, and when we asked for more, they replied with, “you have to pay extra for more sauce” despite the chicken having very little sauce to begin with.

The milk teas were watered down with barely any boba, and again, you’d have to pay extra for more. Worst of all, the order system was a mess. Numerous times during our visit the workers allowed for anyone to walk up and take orders even if it wasn’t theirs (we saw staff apologizing to other customers because their orders had been given to someone else). Our food was also given to another customer, and we had to go retrieve it ourselves. The staff didn’t seem to care about getting orders right, and the quality was just awful. Shortly after our meal that we couldn’t finish, it left us with a really bad stomachache which could’ve came from the quality of the chicken, hotdogs or drinks... but at this point we don’t want to know.

We understand they’re newly opened, but the quality of the food and poor customer service alone is unacceptable. We won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Best of luck to...

I had the pleasure of visiting this place recently, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.

The drinks are absolutely top-notch! I tried one of their signature fruit teas, and it was perfectly balanced with just the right amount of sweetness and flavor. They use high-quality ingredients, and you can really taste the difference. Whether you're a fan of traditional teas or more adventurous combinations, there's something for everyone on their extensive menu.

As for the food, it's just as amazing. The selection is fresh and delicious, with options that are perfect for pairing with your drink. The dishes are carefully prepared, and the flavors are vibrant without being overwhelming. Each bite was a delight!

Don’t waste your time. Their products are good but the wait time is ridiculous!! I ordered a Korean corn dog and she said 20 minute wait ok fine I come back then she tells me another 20-30 minutes… umm ok can I at least get a second one for the wait or my money back but no doesn’t offer either and then has the nerve to ask for a google review, here you go!! 40 minutes for cheese on a stick. I went back 2 more times to try again because they are just opening but I just left after being told they don’t sell only cheese corn dogs… which is what I ordered the first time no problem and it’s literally on your menu. It’s shows you have the option to do half and half or cheese/hot dog only. I don’t eat pork so obviously I can’t order it now, I waited months for you guys to open then another month to even get the corn dogs.
