The food was great and the service was also fantastic. The only issue I had was I went to use the restroom, which is behind the restaurant. I found myself face to face with a girl leaning against the restroom door. She said nothing, and she had obviously startled me. I had the key to the restroom that she was leaning against but due to her obvious drug induced indifference to my appearance I promptly just returned to the store. I asked my husband to get the key after we ordered and to come with me because I was a little put off by the encounter, she creeped me out a bit. When we approached again she stated there was "a line" hard to believe as I was holding the only key. We then reported it to the staff and they encountered the same issue. She refused to leave and they contacted the authorities. I can't really hold any of the that against Arby's but it was just a little crazy, and their bathroom situation is a bit off putting but in the defense of this establishment it's a "classic" Arby's and they were wonderful. We both had Gyros and curly fries and were very satisfied...
Read moreArby’s. What a name. More like are bees in my food because it was naaasty. The service was relatively good, but the location and building were dreadful. We, my family and I, were hoping it was a drive through, but much to our disappointment it was a lousy walk in. The brownish gray paint on the building was pealing and the roof was hideous. I did not enjoy the food, in other words, it failed my low expectations. I got the chicken sandwich, but regretted my decision after taking the first bite, it was dry and tasteless like saltines. But there was one thing that stood out, the “curly fries “ werE NOT CURLY. I was so angry I threw them but to my surprise instead of the soft gross things splattering on the ground they exploded in a green acidic smoke. I think there was radiation because I have developed rashes where I touched the fries. Either get rid of this Arby’s or fix all of its millions of...
Read moreOldie but Goodie! 3 hours into our 4 hour drive home, my 11 yo desperately needed a bathroom break, so we stopped at the first place we recognized off the I-405 Beach Blvd exit - an ancient Arby's! We were greeted by a very friendly manager (with the bathroom key in his hand!) who told us this was an early version of Arby's from the 60's. It's definitely showing its age, but it was clean (including the smallish outdoor bathroom) and food was great. My son had the Smokehouse Brisket, which he said was excellent - and he knows his BBQ! I had the Classic Roast Beef, which the manager pointed out was part of a BOGO offer and a second one only costs $0.11 more - what a deal! Opted for the mozzarella sticks instead, which were piping hot and came with a tasty marinara sauce. Overall, an enjoyable experience and would definitely...
