*Update: Chloe's pedicures are the best pampering I've ever had, I'm now a devoted regular! TLDR: Ask for Chloe - she's genuinely kind and performs all services offered to perfection!
Very good first impressions: Obviously great reviews, love the online scheduling, received text reminders with ability to confirm appointment, and the salon is in a beautiful shopping center, as well as being beautiful itself...
The manager at the front desk was very professionally dressed, I admired her sharp look, and she was helpful by giving me pertinent info (since I'm a new customer).
I'm happy with the color options, especially the specialty lines, some of which I've never seen before... There was a pretty nail design on display that I chose (no regrets).
I was so comfortable in the upscale chair during all my services (best salon chair!), and I was happy that I didn't have to change locations during the appointment at all, even my facial wax was handled at the nail station, which was a new experience.
The first technician was struggling while doing polish removal and I recognize she was doing her best, and did not intentionally cause an issue...
She handled it appropriately by sincerely apologizing and going to speak with the manager, who reassigned Chloe to me for the rest of the appointment (thanks to the nail tech for taking responsibility and doing what was best for the customer).
After seeing Chloe, I am absolutely coming back... Where do I start? I couldn't have asked for more, she is so kind, takes her time and checks her work repeatedly in order to ensure perfection.
One of my favorite things was that she asked me to look at each of my hands to approve the length and shape. It was the first time I was able to comfortably express that I wanted a few nails worked on a bit more (without feeling like I was making her go out of her way), because it's obvious Chloe cares about pleasing the client and doing an excellent job.
I remembered during my dip mani that some of the reviews had mentioned wine, so I inquired and was offered red or white... The white wine was very nice.
I booked the most popular massage option, 15 minutes, and as soon as Chloe started the massage she told me to relax...
I was amazed by how I instantly went into a state of deep relaxation, and it felt like I had suddenly been transported out of the salon, because I couldn't have imagined I'd be able to completely unwind in the middle of a room with other people, but I honestly wasn't bothered by anything going on around me.
This was so far beyond any massage I've had at a nail salon, incomparable and I will absolutely get this service every time - do not hesitate... I am hooked, and what a smart offering for this business! They know we don't want to go without it after we've had it!
I'm very happy with the brow and lip wax that Chloe did, and especially the way she pulls the skin taught in order to minimize pain during waxing... Very important to me, and it doesn't hurt that I had a glass of wine and a massage immediately prior to help me relax.
During all the services, I was happy to be able to see the beautiful trees and sky outside, rather than a wall like most salons... I enjoyed my time there so much more because of that (total of 2 hours, however I expect future appointments will be smoother).
The manager gave me a generous discount, due to the rough start to my appointment... I didn't even have to ask.
I think what's most important when having an unpleasant experience at any business is how they handle it, rather than expecting human beings to be perfect and never make mistakes. Therefore, I am comfortable continuing (however, Chloe is the reason I am determined to be a regular customer).
As I was leaving, the manager told me to come back next week if I have a chip or break so they can fix it for me... I appreciate that.
I can hardly wait to have Chloe give me a pedicure, so I can experience a foot massage from her next time!
My thanks goes out to Chloe, the manager and staff for a job well done, despite challenging...

Tried out a new nail spot for the first time, and I’m so glad I did!
I originally walked in needing just two nails fixed and wasn’t sure they’d have time, but thankfully, they did. Vivian was my nail tech, and she was absolutely amazing! She set me up with Gel-X extensions in the most stunning golden cat eye color. The whole process took maybe 20–25 minutes, which was super quick, but the quality? Impeccable.
I honestly wished I had gotten my full set done because the two nails she did came out so beautifully. Vivian was friendly, warm, and incredibly detail-oriented. She really took pride in her work, and it showed. The salon itself was also spotless, modern, and had a relaxing vibe. They even offered me a drink (I said yes to champagne which was such a nice touch!).
I was already looking forward to coming back once my nails grow out. And shoutout to Vivian’s ombré cat eye design. It was SO cute and totally gave me inspo for my next set.
Highly recommend if you're looking for great service, good vibes, and flawless gel-x fix.
Visit 2 – Jasmine (Manicure) & Mimi (Pedicure) $170
Came back for a second visit and had a mostly great experience; though with a few mixed feelings this time around.
Manicure with Jasmine: Jasmine was my nail tech this time, and she did an amazing job with my hybrid nails. I originally booked for Gel-X, but she recommended trying hybrid instead. I’d never done them before, but they were very similar to gel builder—which I’ve researched but hadn’t tried. Jasmine was kind, gentle, and super detailed with her work. She really took her time, and the results were flawless. Definitely a more premium price, but the quality justified it.
Pedicure with Mimi: This part felt a bit rushed. The appointment was scheduled for 45 minutes, but we were done in 20–25. The big toes looked great, smooth polish and good coverage, but I had asked for an extra layer of gel polish and was told that what I had was "enough." They offered to fix any nails within 7 days if there was any chance I didn’t like them. Unfortunately, within four days, one of my toenails chipped and split. When I went back, they did fix it, which I appreciated. However, Mimi said it was probably due to me hitting it, which didn’t make sense since it was a toe I rarely bump (left of my pinkie toe) and I’d been wearing closed-toe shoes the whole time.
Final Thoughts: Still really like this salon overall. The space is clean, stylish, and welcoming. I’ll definitely continue coming here for manicures; especially with how great Vivian and Jasmine both were, but I may look elsewhere for pedicures just to ensure...
Read moreHave been a regular at this salon for about 4-5 months. Always get dip nails and dip color but lately have been doing dip + gel color since there’s a huge variety of gel colors and application is a bit faster. The staff is amazing! Today my go to nail artist, Daisy was out on vacation so I got a manicure from Annie and she did a great job. I haven’t met all of the ladies but I have no doubt they are all super talented, so yeah can’t really go wrong, book with confidence if it’s your first time.
The salon is very cute, always super clean, the team seems very tight knit and I enjoy every visit. There’s great Vietnamese coffee or a complimentary drink while you are getting a service. On my birthday month they gifted me a super cute little bag with moisturizer ❤️ very cute.
I really recommend this place because I feel my natural nails are not heavily damaged unlike some past manicures I’ve received in LA, where they have sanded them down way too much. I am still to get a design on my nails sometime, but I can’t get enough of the gel and cat eyes colors Ive gotten in the past. Also, booking is very easy, have never had any problems finding an appointment on weekends, have never waited a minute for someone to finish another client (unlike again, some salons in LA) they are very punctual here.
Anyways, five stars, totally...
