Gosh been doing online orders from here for like 10 years and just had the worst experience of my life. Specially with the manager Marco. My apartment complex is weird and has two addresses, each side has the same apartment number. For example the Warner side has a A7, and the Goldenwest side also has an A7, this is just an example. It’s one complex so easily mistaken. I have never had a problem ordering ever, they have tracking, so I can see that the driver is on the wrong side of the complex, then it says my order is delivered. Except it wasn’t, at least not to me lol. So I called the store they said to wait another 5-10 minutes and to call back if it wasn’t delivered. I waited 20, called back and said I hadn’t received my order, he said he would send out a new order, and I tried to explain how deliveries can be hard here due to how our complex is set up. I can hear in the background who I’m assuming was the driver saying “she’s lying”, when I started to bring this up, I was hung up on my Marco the manager. So obviously I immediately called back now livid. Again explaining the situation, he said how they had pictures of the delivery, did I have a chair in front of my door…and I told him no, I’ve got a sunflower and a cat mat, he continued to defend his driver and say they’d send me a new order…(but why if it’s going to be delivered to the wrong place lol), I cancelled, and will be reporting Marco to corporate for his unprofessional behavior. Was there a pool in the courtyard Marco? Because if not then your driver delivered it to the wrong place and I deserve an apology.
So edit: I wanted to say that almost 2-3 hours after my order the nice owner of the other apartment brought me my pizza, she will also be contacting you. Your driver delivered to the wrong apartment and then...

My first and last visit was 2019 and I had a horrible experience. I always go to the one on Beach and Atlanta but I had to switch because of the pickup time. I chose this place again thinking things would have changed. It definitely hasn't...so I regret coming here again.
The so-call manager Jose was rude...beyond words. His solution to the situation was an ultimatum, "do you want it or not? I will cancel it." He claimed the error was on me.
I placed the order 40 minutes prior. The pizza tracker didn't move while the confirmation email said it would be ready between 8-13 minutes. After 40 minutes, I called to confirm the order, whoever answered it said it was ready and to come over. When I arrived, Jose (nasty, mean, and rude human being) said it would be ready in 15 minutes. That was when I saw the pizza tracker moving.
While waiting, a customer came by to pick up his pizza and asked for plates, which Jose provided to him. My family and I were heading to the beach, therefore I asked for the plates for convenience. To retaliate, he said he ran out.
I've never seen anyone so childish and able to hold a job as a "manager" position. Just unbelievable.
Domino's is franchised. Whoever is the owner of this place needs to have a camera setup to see how the so called manager Jose interacts with the customers and even with his coworkers. They should do an Undercover...

I ordered 15 pizzas for a kids party, 4 days in advance to pick up at 1pm. I selected the pre pay option so everything would be straightened out in advance. My wife happened to call today just to confirm they received the order for tomorrow. They replied they did have the order, and mentioned that there’s a 10% service fee. I then call back to find out this franchise has a 10% service fee for anything over $75. My problem is not with the fee, but the fact that I’m prepaying online and NOWHERE does it say anything about potential surprise fees.
I calmly ask the manager how this makes sense to charge me again after I’ve prepaid. He says to try another location and then cancels my order. I never told him to cancel my order, he just does. Doesn’t want the hassle. This is the night before the party.
These reviews obviously don’t affect the business, or the employees, because from the looks of it the same people being complained about years ago are the ones still working there. The owner of this franchise should absolutely feel embarrassed that this is a business they own and run. Awful customer service is just a reflection of awful ownership.
First time reviewer here. That should say something. The other Huntington location down Beach did not have any surprise fees by the way. I’d take my business there...
