Extremely disappointed in the service and this is gonna be a long review. I walk in tonight around 6 and literally no hi no nothing which is whatever, it's a bar and there was a decent amount of people there. This is when the problem begins; I sit at the bar and no acknowledgment for 10 minutes. Im talking not a "hello, give me a moment" no "sorry, i'm busy but I'll get to you as soon as I can" like I literally waited 10 minutes before one of the bartenders (because there was two while I was there) was close enough and I said what I wanted. And no, the bartenders had plenty of opportunities to say something to me in that 10 minutes because there were MULTIPLE times where they were talking to one another and engaging with the male patrons (I am a woman and we'll talk about why that's important later.) Also, in this 10 minutes, one of the bartenders is coming into her shift and she says "Hello, gorgeous!" with suchhh enthusiasm Im not even kidding. My natural thought was shes talking to me because the other bartender was busy making drinks and she was walking up from behind me (I thought she was just being nice and giving me good service.) As I look to my left and say "Hello," because shes coming into the bar from my left side, she looks at me with an obvious annoyed fake smile and looks at the other bartender, implicating she was talking to her, even though she didnt hear or notice her because she was busy making drinks. I caught that and say "Oh, you were talking to her," and she still proceeded to ignore me. In that moment, because before she came in the other bartender had been actively ignoring me (purposely not coming to my side of where I was at the bar but WALKING past more than once getting things from the back and acting like I wasnt there) I instantly became upset. I have worked many jobs and I can tell you right now with hospitality specifically restaurants and bars, your customer service has to be at least decent and what I experienced was awful. I just had got off work too and I wanted to have a drink and something to eat... I wasn't even offered a menu when I came in and there was no QR code, no little menus at the bar, nothing. To make matters worse, there was a man working (he was acting like a lead or manager) and he walked by MULTIPLE times from the back, and again no acknowledgment, nothing. THEN, because I was so shocked this happened after how she treated me like I was nonexistent, I get a second drink (I don't have a car at the moment otherwise I would have left IMMEDIATELY I wouldn't had bought NOTHING, but I ubered during HEAVY traffic going there and wanted to wait it out so I said 2 drinks and leave and make sure to leave an HONEST review) and the girl who said "Hey gorgeous!" makes it and all of a sudden shes talkative to me and nice. When I close out and she hands me the tab, she talking about "Are you gonna stay for salsa?" all cheery and I said "no" and she's like "Ok, but you could..." and yammering and I QUICKLY while giving my card said "No and here's my card." Now to elaborate more on the woman comment; I have lived in SoCal for over a year now and something I've noticed is how ugly other women treat each other and it happens so much when I go out. So many (not all) female bartenders CATER to the male patrons and treat the women HORRIBLY and I have talked about this with other women (friends, coworkers, etc) and it's very prevalent. It doesn't matter if 95% of the customers at certain establishments are men, that same customer service NEEDS to be given to the women. We are customers, we are SPENDING MONEY, and we deserve the same treatment as the men. And I could say more, I could and I wasnt even there long, I had literally two drinks and dipped but I will never come back and I watch for bars like that and let my people know because WE refuse to spend our hard earned money on establishments who refuse to to treat us with BASIC respect. Sucks too because the WHOLE reason I chose this place is because they had that shrimp cocktail and the picture made me...
Read moreUpdate: new owners took over and now very disappointed with the changes. The bloody Mary mix changed and no longer is good, the recipe changed for the food and it no longer has flavor and my last 2 visits I've been charged for items not provided from food to drinks. SEVERELY disappointed after meeting the new owner and hearing them insist no changes were being made. Time to find a new bar...
I love this spot! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yay they are back after the COVID-19 hiatus!!!
The bartender and owner were extremely hospitable, the food was awesome and the drinks were plenty!! For me its hard to find a tasty Bloody Mary but this spot did it justice. My sister said the Margaritas were poured with a liberal hand and were highly effective at accomplishing her goals.
We will definitely be back for some darts and more drinks, or even to watch a game on the many TVs they have!
Its just as good as the previous bar (Centerfields) was if not better!

Read moreWent here to see a comedy show from 6pm to 8pm. Show started at 6:30pm and ended at 7:30pm. The speakers had a lot of feedback and the lights flickered which was super distracting. There was a 2 ITEM minimum on the email I received day before the show. So we ordered a few appetizers and 3 waters as none of us drink alcohol. The night was completely ruined when I was presented with a bill of $30 for 3 STATER BROTHERS waters. Absolutely ridiculous! I am not cheap. I just hate being ripped off. I got an hour show when I paid for a 2 hour show. The presentation was affected by faulty equipment. And to top it all off, the bar ripped me off because we don't drink alcohol. You could've gotten some kind of quality water, not something that's $4 for a whole case. Ridiculous!! This place has no class and I will never return. As a matter of fact, K-Von, you just lost me as a fan too, bro. This was a terrible venue to conduct a ...
