Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Huntington Park

I loath this place!!!!! Call and place an order. After an 1:45 min we call to see what was happening with our order and when they answer our order had not been placed! I'm more upset that we gave our card information when we placed our order!! Then the girl placed us on hold for 20 min so I decided to call from another phone they transfer me to the manager Tanya and all she can say is they have no order in the system !! Ridiculous! I had to wait 20 min and call from a different line to verify what I already knew! that the staff that is not well trained did not take my order and she says that her "customers come first" is hard to believe when they don't place your order, they put you on hold and Then you have to call from another line!! All this for a pizza not worth it !! And it's not the first time they do something like this usually pizza arrives cold they take more then an hr to deliver it! If I knew what I know now I wouldn't have bothered in calling dominos in Florence and alameda !! Hope this helps other customers that have bad...

I always order from dominos because it’s my kids favorite pizza. This one particular day (6/18/17) on a Sunday, I ordered pizza for my kids because I was stuck at work. My kids called 2 hours later telling me that they never got any food delivered. I call and I let them know what’s going on, they said my order was delivered, that the driver said he delivered. Long story short. They “re-made” my order and said they’ll have it delivered ASAP. I came home from work and still NOTHING. That was another 2 hours. By this time I’m aggravated so I call again. Miraculously the driver shows up as soon as the manager gets on the phone ( or whomever pretended to be manager that night) they said I would get a full refund because even thought my food was remade and sent, it was as cold as a dead body. Til this day 10/7/17... I have yet to receive my full refund. And I’ve called about it on 3 different other occasions and they have all gave me the runaround. Worst...

I didn’t have a good experience at this location. I was very upset because my pizza never came to me and I had to go to the location and pick it up my self.after almost 2hrs of ordering it. Once I got there I couldn’t believe what was going on. I don’t understand how dominos being such a big franchise can not have enough employees working at this location especially when it’s Saturday and you know that is the busiest day of the week. This young lady they have on the phone lines Denisha and the other hispanic lady deserve a bonus check or a bigger pay rate. I have not ever seen such multitasking done so fast. No wonder they are over worked and not enough employees to deliver !!! Don’t use the online apps to this location until you fix the issue you have with the location. It’s so off with timing. I got a text the my pizza was on its way and Driver got to my house 5 min after I arrived at your location....
