McDonald's — Restaurant in Huntington Park

Honestly I am going to be completely honest . Last time I went was like Two days ago and I ordered a hamburger and some chicken nuggets with a drink . And the burger had been been ready first. So then it was sereved to me cold and dry. The bun had tasted completely dry in my opinion I like my bun moist with flavor. But I'm telling you that burger was so dry I just ugh just thinking about it oh my god Gross!!. Oh My God don't even get me started on the service there the people that work there are extremely rude and very irresponsible. When I went to go tell the cashier that she had forgotten my chicken nuggets with my drink she was like okok I'll be right there. Omg I swear to you not I was patiently waiting and waiting to the point where I was kinda of geeting frustrated because I was hungry right. Ok so get this I went to go tell the lady " Excuse me I have been waiting for a while now and I just would like it if I can have my drink with my nuggets please" and I lie to you not the young lady told me and with the most attitude !! " Oh my god she said in Spanish I'll be right there" and I nicely said thank you. I didn't want to make a huge scene so I just act calm and said thank you. Ok so like 10 minutes past by I finally get my chicken nuggets and the second I bite it I swear to you that the damm chicken nugget was burned as hell!!! I was like sjsjsjjsjs I didn't take it personally but I think that young lady was so mad and stress that she burnt the damm chicken nuggets. What a waste I was really looking forward to my chicken nuggets 😣😭😭😤. And the tables are absousley DISGUSTING and gross non of the employees seem to clean the tables. The tables were so greasy and gross. HONESTLY how UNCOMFORTABLE AND UNCIVILIZED 😑😑 . I extremely don't recommend this McDonald's unless you love terrible service and burnt...

When I got my order I discovered the following: My cheeseburger was placed in the bag UNWRAPPED. When I complained the salesperson took my cheeseburger and without any excuses returned it to me wrapped. While I took cheeseburger out of bag I discovered that there are only 2 chicken sandwiches inside instead of 3 ordered. I placed the whole bag into the window and asked how many chicken sandwiches inside. The sales person looked in, said he saw only two - and laughed. Then he brought back the bag and gave it to me without any apology. I looked inside bag and saw there was no sauce packets or any other condiments. I asked to see the manager but nobody came out. The only thing I managed to find out is the name of sales person - Arthuro, and manager's name - Maria. I would rate this McDonald’s the worst !! I ordered my food & I had some coupons that came in the mail that I wanted to use. When I gave the lady my coupons (were only 2 coupons) & I was using 1 coupon for me & the other for the other person I had in my car, she said it was only one coupon per vehicle but on the coupon it said one coupon per person it didn’t say per vehicle. I tried to explain to her what the coupon said & if she could just do 2 separate orders instead but she started being rude & said no because she had other people waiting in line . I asked her then if I could speak to her manager & she said I am the manager very rudely & proud as if I couldn’t do anything about my order.
