Extremely Disappointing Experience at McDonald's on Slauson and South-Central

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at the McDonald's located on Slauson and South-Central. I believe it is essential to bring these issues to your attention so that appropriate measures can be taken to improve the overall quality of service at this particular establishment.
First and foremost, the level of customer service I encountered was truly disheartening. The employees displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy, which left me feeling deeply dissatisfied. It seemed as if the staff had no regard for the customers, treating us as mere inconveniences rather than individuals deserving of respect and attention.
Furthermore, the environment within the restaurant was highly uncomfortable. The overcrowding made me feel like a sardine, and it was challenging to navigate through the establishment. The excessive wait time of approximately 15 minutes just to place my order, despite the presence of both a line in front of me and customers waiting behind me, was unacceptable. It was clear that the staff was overwhelmed and ill-equipped to handle the volume of customers efficiently.
To compound matters, my order was incorrectly prepared, leading to an additional 15-minute wait to have it rectified. This further demonstrated the lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction. I firmly believe that such mistakes should be promptly addressed to avoid inconveniencing patrons unnecessarily.
Moreover, there appeared to be a significant language barrier issue during my visit. The lack of English proficiency among the staff members hindered effective communication, making it challenging to convey my concerns and resolve the issues I encountered. While I appreciate cultural diversity, it is imperative that a business operating in the United States ensures effective communication with its customers, regardless of their linguistic background.
In summary, my experience at the McDonald's on Slauson and South-Central was nothing short of a nightmare. The poor customer service, prolonged wait times, order mistakes, and crowded atmosphere left me deeply dissatisfied. I believe these issues need to be addressed urgently to restore faith in the McDonald's brand.

Read moreEvery single time I go to this particular Mc Donalds they always mees up on my orders. Last night 1/19/2020 I went to get a tote of fresh cookies and instead I received 3 cookies instead! I asked the girl in the second window to correct my order so she charged me the “Difference”, she then asked me to park in the side and that someone would bring my cookies out to me. I waited patiently close to 13 minutes so when I checked to see my receipt For the corrected order I did notice that the cashier never gave me a receipt! I walked to the drive through window and I asked the young lady what the status was on my cookies and she left to the back and took at least 5 minutes, mind you that there were a lot cars on the drive thru! When she finally came out she said that someone would bring my cookies to the car, so I asked her for my receipt and she gave me a copy of the original receipt with only the 3 cookies! I asked her to give me the correct receipt. Read moreI used the drive thru to purchase my meal. I order 3 big Mac combos , 2 happy meals and 6 cheese burgers. Before I picked up my food I asked the server if everything was in the bag, she replied yes. I went home and served my kids and both my parents, they began to eat. I noticed that all my fries were missing along with 2 cheese burgers, and 1 big Mac. I went back to McDonald's to receive a refund. The manager Leticia told me that it was my responsibility to check my items and the only way I would receive a refund is to bring the food back. I explained that my family was eating and she replied that's the only way. I was extremely upset and went back home to get the food items that my kids and parents were still eating. I then returned the food and told her the huge inconvenience her restaurant had caused. I reached out to her superior Lenore, and she corroborate her story. I asked about customer service and as a courtesy would they replace my whole order, she said one meal only. I escalated this to their corporate office and I'm still waiting for a response.
