LaFontaine's Rooftop Lounge — Restaurant in Huntington

This place is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!!!! It’s on the rooftop or a 3 story building overlooking some of the downtown area. The outside area is lit up with nice string lights and they have heaters on for the chilly nights. They also have 2 fire tables you can sit at while you enjoy your drinks and snacks. We ordered a cheese tray and some soft pretzels and it was well presented and super tasty. The fig jam given with the cheese tray was a really nice addition and tasted incredible. The bar selection was also really nice (they even had Buffalo Trace) and the prices were really good. We will come back when in town for sure!!!! This place was definitely an adventure! First off I've never been to a lounge before, you had to go into the back entrance and through an elevator to get there! The rooftop section and the inside were really awesome places to rest up, talk and have some drinks! The drinks we had were awesome and the wait staff was super friendly! The real reason we went though was because we saw online that they had a truffle menu.. so me and the partner had to go! But when we got there we did not see these on the menu anywhere so we got our drinks and left. I do not blame after seeing the menu picture online was from 3 years ago. I have been waiting for Huntington to have a proper cocktail bar for the grownups, and it’s finally here. Nice drink selection, option to purchase very decent wine by the bottle, tapas, and a genuinely attractive modern space. Stayed so cozy by the fire, blankets were in the seats ready to be used if needed. Service was consistent and friendly. If you’re looking for an excuse to dress nicely, feel a bit more sophisticated, and are bored of the usual, painfully casual places to drink in Huntington than look no further.
