One star for the reason of having no stock to pick devices from some promos are different than Verizon pricing model. Pushing old devices that will have no updates for future use of phone being sold from years 2020 and 2021 (security risk) and no os updates please get rid of old stock. Verizons plans can not compete with competitors pricing. Verizon being the highest 171 dollars with 2 devices and on unlimited welcome the lowest plan $75 each line without auto pay compared to T-Mobiles 3 lines for $90 and trading of any device any condition and you can pretty much get any phone on T-Mobile for free or with new line free. Yikes Verizon please step your game up you are making you franchise store look so bad and making it hard for them to make sales. I left after having service for only 16 hours woke up saw the bill was $248 when Bill should have been 171 smh!!! Called cancelled and shipped phones all with 24 hours customer service was no help. Therefore, it was time to pitch my lovely slider phone for an iPhone that could keep me better connected to my adult kids and the internet. I was very pleased to have excellent sales guidance from Tanner at the Cellular Sales Verizon store,Pullman Square, Huntington, WV. He was able to match me with an affordable phone & plan for my family and to pick out a phone that met my basic needs, without unnecessary “bells and whistles.” I was so glad he did not try to push me toward the most expensive options, but instead listened to what I wanted from a smart phone and worked to find the best match. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I was thankful he helped me get my phone set up and instructed me how to use my new iPhone 7 with confidence.
