Yido Ramen&Sushi — Restaurant in Huntington

I went for the first time for the opening month of this restaurant. I got the shrimp lover ramen with miso broth. Overall, I had a positive experience and will definitely be back again.

I received amazing service. The servers were on top of everything and I didn’t wait too long since I got there right before the lunch rush and the restaurant got full quickly. If you would like to sit down and eat, I recommend coming during off-times, since the place is very small and all the tables filled up fast during lunch. Please be patient as there were only two servers there.

Minor thing, the egg in my ramen wasn’t the same egg that’s in traditional ramen. It was more hard boiled. I did like that I can pick what broth for the ramen. If you want it spicy, they give you sauce on the side, allowing you to add it at your own pace.

I’m definitely going to try some of their lunch specials they offer...
