If I could give this place a zero I would. My husband wanted to check this place out yesterday for lunch after suggestion by our son. We waited 15 min while staff scattered around and I had to ask is this where I stand to place my order? Then he said I can take your order here and we ordered two super green caesar chicken wraps and one tropical smoothie we waited an additional 15 min. After we got home we ate our wraps and immediately after eating I had an upset stomach and cramping then several trips to the restroom. Then my husband mentioned after eating his that it was not good at all but didnāt complain about an upset stomach until much later in the evening. We both still have mild cramping today and my husband also made several trips to the restroom this morning. This is absolutely unacceptable! I knew something was wrong when he said his stomach was bothering him as well. I contacted Tropical Smoothie today and asked to speak with a manager and Rachel Shift Manager got on the line and I told her I would like to speak with their manager who she said was Gatu. She said he was not in and I could call back in 30 min and speak with him. I waited a couple hours figuring he should be there and when I called back they claimed he just left. My husband and I have reached out to our PC doctor to confirm on how we should proceed and whether we need to come in since we suspect food...

I order the SAME exact meal every time. Today, my wrap was not prepared the way that I'm use too; which is no big deal, I go back in let the staff know and I was told by Rahe "that's how were trained to make it." My rebuttal to her was I frequent the brand so I'm clear on how my wrap should be prepared. This went on for a few more moments, until I decided to ask for a refund for the wrap out of frustration. Rahe advised she WILL NOT be giving me a refund, but she can make the wrap the way I want. I explained due to the experience and back and forth. I would prefer a refund for the wrap, she declined again. I asked for the owners name and number, she gave me the location number and told me the owner would be in tomorrow. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI spoke with the manager and asked if they can make a parfait and I was told that they could. I placed an order and paid but didnāt receive what I ordered. I spoke with someone who said that heās the owner. I explained to him that a parfait is not watery. I asked the guy for a positive solution and he told me that there will be no solution. They stole my money and didnāt correct the order. I told the guy that I will be filing a complaint with my bank to get my money back and he lifted his shoulders nonchalantly and said go ahead. This is poor customer service and very unprofessional behavior especially for an owner. This is theft. They have the order and they have my money. I will be contacting corporate to file a complaint.
Update: I file a complaint with my bank and my bank made sure that I received my money back. The bank process was very quick and I received my refund back...
